The barber asked about my mom, not my LinkedIn In Bogotá, my fruit lady taught me how to pick a ripe mango and refused my tip because “that’s what neighbors do.” In Asunción, a taxi driver stopped during a storm to help an old man cross the street, then turned off the meter. No speech about values. Just… normal Work still matters. I build, I sell, I deliver. But the cadence of the day has space for people You can stroll after lunch. Music leaks from balconies. Plans stretch because a friend showed up and that’s a better plan Human, to me, means money is not the only scoreboard. It means slower eye contact, more favors, fewer forms. It means the city is sized for conversation and you don't need to rush as much I earn online because I like freedom... And I stay in Latin America because I like how it feels to be a person
