Carl will audit your checkout in 10 minutes, fix the leak, and then politely invoice you for the emotional trauma of realizing your business was leaving money on the table, efficiency so sharp it doubles as humility therapy.

Built a proven track record working with dozens of 8- and 9-figure brands, studied 38 $10M+ companies (16 clients), and consistently publishes CRO frameworks that drive measurable lifts, enough credibility to guarantee multi-x ROI.

To decode what actually moves revenue for ecommerce brands, turn those discoveries into repeatable playbooks, and scale client growth by turning insights into measurable ROI.

Testing beats opinions, numbers don't lie, clarity converts, and small interface or copy changes can compound into massive revenue gains. He believes in repeatable systems, transparent case studies, and guarantees backed by performance.

Relentlessly analytical and practical: converts complex CRO learnings into short, actionable steps; strong authority from working with many high-revenue brands; high signal-to-noise content that drives engagement and leads.

Can come off as overly transactional or repetitive (same funnel templates and guarantees), and the intense focus on metrics can underplay brand storytelling or creative nuance. Also risks sounding boastful when leaning on big-figure claims.

Post more thread case studies showing before/after metrics and exact steps taken (screenshots or short Looms). Pin a conversion-focused portfolio tweet, turn quick audits into short videos, use consistent tweet templates (e.g., 'Study → Fix → Result'), run X Spaces for live audits, and encourage replies by offering one free micro-audit per week to turn replies into leads and proof posts.

Fun fact: Carl studied 38 brands doing $10M+/yr (16 became clients) and audits 15, 20 ecommerce businesses every week, so his tips come from actual patterns, not theory. He also runs a founder account with ~38k followers and ~3k tweets.

IM8 (David Beckham’s supplement brand) went from 0 to $180M ARR in 16 months, one of the fastest growing supplement brands ever recorded. I worked with them since day one, we built the funnels, crafted the offers, & tested hundreds of iterations together. Thought I’d share some insider knowledge on what actually drove their growth: 1. An insane amount of testing & volume At launch they ran maybe 50-100 ads. Today it's ~2,000 live ads & 40-50 landing pages with different angles at any given time. That volume is what lets them test & iterate constantly, & spend $200k/day on meta profitably without major creative fatigue. 2. The 90-day subscription offer 80% of their customers are on subscription & 40% of those subs are on quarterly ($235 upfront instead of $89/month). This worked really well for them since after 90 days the product becomes part of your daily routine & people have started seeing results, so retention goes WAY up vs someone who only bought for 30 days. They backed it with a 90-day money-back guarantee & refunds stayed under 2%, which they were able to pull off because their product is actually good. 3. Product before everything Danny, the founder, says 99% of your early time should go into the product & that shows in the brand. Their product quality is insane & they’re not cheap on ingredients. It's also why the world #1 tennis player emailed THEM asking to partner after using the product for 3 months on her own. 4. Speed This isn’t strictly related to ecom but Danny makes calls & decisions literally 10x faster than most entrepreneurs. His logic is that some fast decisions will be wrong, but you kill those fast & keep moving, & the speed really separates you from competitors. Something everyone can & should implement. & if you’re wondering, no Beckham did not carry IM8. There are a lot of examples where brands with big names attached to them absolutely flop (LeBron & Arnold had Ladder, Messi had Más+, neither did as well as IM8). IM8’s success was more because of these 4 things than the fact Beckham was involved (& because I played a part in it haha).

2024 was the year I always dreamed of, and I made it into our reality. Hormozi’s team flying us to Vegas, closing a $1M deal with a billion-dollar supplement brand, getting engaged in June, manifesting the GT3 I said I’d own last year, and adding another Patek to the collection. The business exploded right along with these personal wins. Scaled to 38 team members, hit 54% revenue growth, pushed our EBIT margin to 25%. $200K profit months became normal which is still wild to actually say. Dream clients kept calling. Speaking on main stages became routine. The momentum felt unstoppable. That's when success became dangerous. Summer hit and we got comfortable. Started chasing random opportunities instead of doubling down on what worked. Lost focus on the foundation that got us here. The problem with success is you don't feel the impact of taking your foot off the throttle until months later. By then, the damage is done. The hard lessons started piling up. One wrong hire at our level costs a minimum of $100K in mistakes, sometimes up to $300K. Finding real talent isn't just about filling seats. It's the difference between scaling past 8-figures and plateauing. Watching guys like Alex during this time showed me why they're so obsessed with optimization. While I was running at a 7 or 8 thinking it was enough, they were pushing everything - diet, sleep, training to an 11 out of 10. You'll always get outperformed by someone treating their mind and body like a professional athlete. This reality check completely transformed our 2025 strategy. We're putting health first. I just got a personal trainer to optimise everything from nutrition to sleep. Focusing on what actually moves the needle. I want to make more content, better systems, and deeper client work. We're launching our conversion(.)io tool publicly after using it with clients for three years later this year, too. But most importantly, we're staying boutique. Capping at 28 clients and scaling through quality, not quantity. Money isn't the goal anymore. We want to dominate the CRO space on another level. Already one of the top agencies in Germany and top 5 worldwide, but we're just getting started. Want to see what's possible when you push the throttle with intention. None of this happens without my amazing team. Lars, my co-founder, carrying the business behind the scenes. Sebastian and Arian, partners who became close friends. My family, my fiancée, making all the long hours worth it. And every single person who's supported our content and trusted us with their brands. This year taught me that real growth isn't about milestones. It's about staying hungry when success tells you to relax. 2025 will be about seeing what's possible when you stay disciplined and push the throttle hard.
