Golden rule: If your customers are on TikTok, be there. Scrolling Reddit? Be there. Checking emails? Yup, still there. Don’t wait for them to find you. Go where they already are.

Here’s how it’s felt for me: $0 → $100 MRR: surprisingly easy $100 → $1,000 MRR: brutally hard $1,000 → $10,000 MRR: smooth ride $10,000 → $100K MRR: a whole new level of hard $100K → $1M MRR? Honestly, can’t even picture it yet. Maybe one day. Maybe never.

If you have clear direction and discipline and you keep building and marketing without quitting, you’ll win. Not overnight. Not by luck. But because consistency compounds. Visualize it. Then work relentlessly to earn it.

Using something else makes you feel smarter, cooler, more in control. It’s not just about features. It’s about identity. Your app isn’t just a tool, It’s how people express taste.

People ask me: “Aren’t you afraid someone will copy everything you build in public?” Truth is, no. Even if you don’t share a thing, someone out there (among 8 billion people) will have the same idea. Execution and distribution are what matter most. And to be honest, I copy too. I learn a lot from other apps. We’re all remixing. Just make your version better.

No need to reinvent the wheel. Just make it more fun.

Shipping fast is good. But shipping to the right audience, in the right place, at the right time matters way more. Move fast, sure But distribute smarter. Execution matters. Distribution matters more.
