it’s about consistency but anyways we Ugandans are used to substandard work and no consistency!! 90% of people commenting have probably never been on Uganda airlines when it first launched or even on a flight before! They only see planes on YouTube and when people post in business class. I’m 100% sure they don’t know business or first class prices and what comes with the ticket and if you didn’t know, Uganda airlines was using the AIRBUS UR710/711 for a 4 hour flight to southafrica!! I posted so many compliments about it then and I have the right to complain now because I have always paid for each ticket and it has never been a freebie!!
