Now have to deliver 😅 The model is: Sell → Demo → Build → Refine Current P1 is solving the manual candidate sourcing & assessment/screening process. The promise: - Feed in a job spec → get a ranked candidate short list out, with a short rationale for each match. - Hours → minutes. Consistent scoring. Clear rationale. Less recruiter thrash. - (Personalised outreach will be the next stop...) Our client says this eats 8-10 hours per role. Shortlists often take 5-7 working days to create, tidy up, review, share. Worse: their results are mediocre. This automated workflow solves 80-90% of the manual pain (in less than 5 minutes). n8n + Clay.com ftw. Progress (last 48 hrs) ✅ ✅ Gone deep in Clay.com ✅ n8n workflow pulling job specs, parsing details & querying Clay ✅ AI scoring on candidate results with simple 1–10 fit + human-readable rationale ✅ Canonical fields & clean JSON outputs Still failing / in the weeds (today) ❌ ❌ Merging AI score + rationale back into each candidate record cleanly without fragile joins ❌ Seamless Clay.com integration (working via a CSV/Sheet bridge for now) ❌ Clay.com search query schema mismatches, & that ONE field that’s always red!! … but I'm close.
