One of the whackiest machines you'll ever see on the interwebz. A 10 Ft behemoth of a leg press-squat hybrid called the H-Squat made by Hammer Strength. They only ever made 500-600 of them and not many are left out there. I used it a couple times but never stuck with it because it felt too easy on the eccentric. Otherwise it stabilized you very well and could fit a lot of body types. It really does feel like a squat in a way no other leg press design can replicate. This was at Ghost Gym Miami and Alex (the owner) made the gym into a mini-bodybuilding machine museum with old school gems like these.

You almost never see Pec Decks built like this one anymore, and it’s a shame. It just feels the way it should.

Every major muscle group has a stretch you could do as a “Dante Stretch” finisher after completing all main exercises. This is my choice. 15lb dumbbells used to feel like hell and can now comfortably do the 25s. Definitely capable of doing with 30lbs in a couple weeks. Two main takeaways from this webinar on mitochondrial compounds: 1) It may be best to keep BAM15 and SLU-PP-332 intake separate to maximize fat loss as they work via competing mechanisms. 2) SLU-PP-332 dosage may need to be at minimum 1mg to see any difference in fat loss/metabolic health outcomes. It is commonly sold in mcg and dosages should be scaled to bodyweight. Have yet to use any of these and SLU-PP-332 is on my radar to finish this shred and also as a cardio-enhancer during the massing phase.
