Pascu’s tweets have the consistency and volume of a machine gun—if only his handling of controversial takes was as precise as his ROAS calculations, he might not scare off half of Twitter every week!

Securing a $16,621 ad spend that generated over $44,965 in purchase value with just two creative variations and an AI voice mix-up demonstrates Pascu’s uncanny ability to turn chaos into cash.

Pascu’s life purpose is to empower brands to reach new financial heights while experimenting with innovative marketing strategies and crypto ventures. He aims to build scalable businesses and communities that thrive on smart investment and cutting-edge creativity.

Pascu values profitability, innovation, and authenticity, believing that smart data-driven decisions coupled with creative experimentation lead to success. He’s unafraid to voice strong opinions on social and political issues, reflecting a belief in transparency and active engagement with the world’s challenges.

His strengths include a keen entrepreneurial spirit, strong marketing analytics expertise, and the ability to pivot creatively when plans go awry (like turning an AI voice mix-up into a profitable ad hook). He’s also great at generating high engagement through bold and relatable commentary.

Pascu sometimes lets his strong opinions polarize audiences, which might limit broader appeal. His frequent tweeting (over 7,700 tweets) could also lead to dilution of impact if not strategically managed.

To grow his audience on X, Pascu should balance his bold takes with more consistent storytelling series that showcase case studies and success playbooks. Engaging followers with polls, AMAs, and behind-the-scenes content could deepen connections while strategically scaling engagement beyond reactive posts.

Fun fact: Pascu’s viral tweet about Lieutenant Dan attracted over 7 million views and tens of thousands of engagements, showcasing his ability to blend pop culture with topical humor.

My manager once told me: 'In this role, you need to make the clients happy, and you need to make the boss happy.' That's when it hit me... If I started my own agency, I’d only have to make one group happy: my clients. So, 2.5 years ago, I did what many fear— I quit my job. Now, having worked with over 25 clients, I’ve learned more about business, people, and myself than I ever did sitting behind someone else's desk. Here are 3 game-changing lessons working for myself has taught me: A job isn't the "safe" option you think it is. You can get fired at any moment. In business, you might lose one or two clients... but never your entire income stream. In a job, you can get by with 60% effort... but that’s not how it works when you run the show. If you’re not constantly evolving— as a person and as a company— you’re already falling behind. If you’re not growing you’re regressing Freedom is a choice you make when you work for yourself. Clients being a pain? Fire them. Don't align with your vision? Fire them. In a job? You have to please everyone, even when it feels like you're losing yourself. These lessons are the reason my business went from "starting up" to "scaling up" — from doubting my decision to building a future I control. You think security means working for someone else... but security is having the power to call the shots. PS: What’s been the biggest realisation for you since quitting?

Gamers become millionaires Some of guys that are now scaling 7 & 8-figure businesses Are the same guys that were playing video games for 16 hours/day everyday a decade ago Waking up, and making sure you’ve turned on your computer before going to the toilet Making sure that the game was loading whilst you were grabbing an energy drink from the fridge Calling your boys on Skype - as there was no Discord back in the day Doing 13 hr long conferences and going absolutely berserk each time you’d get killed for doing something ridiculously risky in the game Having fights with your parents over your compulsive behaviour Refusing to see family or do anything besides the game. And each time you’d be doing anything else, you’d think of the next big idea you’d try in game when you get back to your computer Notice a pattern? Because to me it’s clear as night and day HIGHLY ADDICTIVE personality Absolutely obsessed with winning at all cost Putting it all on the edge Going all in on one endeavour and handing it your very soul High stakes.. Big Swings You had to play well if you wanted to keep your reputation on the server Picking one game, one character and going to the absolute edge with it Studying the best in-game on YouTube, taking notes on strategies Practice, fail, practice again, fail, fail fail.. wait, fail some more, get it right Before you knew it you’d type /played and you’d see you spent a total of 511 days in the game in the space time of 3 years (been there a few times) WHO ELSE does this? Yes, there were a lot of drawbacks with playing video games back in the day - as so there are today, likely worse. But the same kids that were climbing in-game ladders are now climbing in-real life ladders Finding ideas, scaling brands, going all in on crypto projects… high risk, high reward Say what you want, the clever guys that managed to get out of the video gaming bubble and applied the principle in real life, Are becoming absolute winners now What was your game addiction of choice when you were growing up? Mine were WOW, CS 1.6 & League of Legends.
