Ylo’s idea of a rest day is just posting less aggressively — probably the only person who thinks 'taking a break' means switching from 12-hour hustles to 11-hour hustles. Sleep is probably just a weird rumor they heard once.

Ylo’s biggest win is building a loyal, engaged community despite early setbacks like getting hacked, proving they can weather storms and still motivate others to keep grinding no matter what.

Ylo’s life purpose is to empower others to persevere through doubt and failure, helping them build the mindset and habits necessary to achieve long-term success in business and health. They aim to inspire persistence and resilience as the ultimate keys to breaking through life’s toughest tests.

Ylo believes that success is forged in hardship and that emotional detachment from results keeps the grind sustainable. They value consistency, mental toughness, and psychological insight into human behavior, especially the power of habit and mindset shifts over flashy shortcuts.

Ylo’s greatest strength is their unshakable perseverance paired with deep understanding of psychological triggers — allowing them to craft motivating content that resonates and pushes followers beyond giving up. They excel at turning personal setbacks into learning moments, fostering loyalty through authenticity.

Ylo’s focus on relentless grinding and detachment might sometimes come off as too intense or harsh, potentially alienating those who seek gentler encouragement or more balanced messages. Their high-energy, no-excuses tone might limit appeal to audiences who prefer nuanced emotional support.

To grow their audience on X, Ylo should leverage more interactive content like polls and Q&A sessions focused on common pain points in business and self-improvement, encouraging participation and fostering community. Collaborating with other creators in the health and entrepreneurship spaces and sharing user success stories would amplify credibility and reach.

Fun fact: Ylo once had their first X account hacked at just 300 followers but bounced back with renewed vigor, turning setbacks into stepping stones.

why do you care so much? are you really nonchalant? you're grinding for days, weeks, months, maybe even years. but no results yet. so you sit down in your martins sofa stressed out, no results, and genuinely thinking about ending it all. but why end yourself? why do you keep forgetting this one simple phrase? "till death every defeat is psychological" is your 'no results' season really that bad? did it kill you? chances are it didn't... so why don't you go back to being nonchalant? you see. the key to winning in business is not the routine or the GABA maxxing protocol. it's detaching yourself from the result. and. attaching yourself to the work. when you attach yourself to the result or the goal. you become emotional. "fuck i didn't close that one guy" "fuck i didn't go viral today" etc, etc, etc. you're counting your own days essentially. and making it hard on yourself. life feels numb doesn't it? no parties yet, no girls yet, no 10k payouts yet? so what should you do? to put it simply. you keep going. after getting my first X account hacked which I monetized with 300 followers lol. I was a bit mad. And I can't lie. I took a rest period. got closer with some people, etc. but when I got back. I simply kept going. - posting - engaging - learning copy - creating my private community (coming soon) those in my telegram channel will get a VERY exclusive deal (5 spots left haha) - marketing trick innit back to what I was saying. you need to keep going. i know it. you're tired, you're pissed off, and a guru telling to keep going pisses you off. and guess what. he is right. why expect results when it's your first year in business? why not expect reps from yourself? instead of trying to reach a goal... live that goal. your goal might be having a private community. instead of living in your head about having it. live it. 'live in the end' iykyk you simply do the tasks that are required before even having a 400 member community. simple as. detach yourself from the goal. only expect reps. as I like to say "don't try to manifest goals. manifest those 12 hour work days" why not create yourself in a way that if you don't post, don't hit the gym, etc then it feels weird/out of character... you simply make gym and business the thing you fall back to.

most people are getting their robbed because of their own brain. and they don't even know it. marketers do. and they're using it against you every single day. here are the 3 psychological levers that separate the broke from the rich: 1. price anchoring (make anything feel cheap) you've seen this everywhere and fallen for it every time. a luxury watch store displays a $10,000 watch in the window. suddenly, the $3,000 watch next to it feels like a steal. that's anchoring. the first number you see sets the baseline for everything else. how to use it: show the "real" price first. then the discount. "this course costs $4,897. but until friday, it's $987." your brain doesn't see $987. it sees $3,910 saved. the same product. different frame. higher conversions. 2. fear + urgency (the undefeated combo) people don't buy with logic. they buy with emotion. and the two strongest emotions? fear and urgency. fear of missing out. fear of staying stuck. fear of losing what they have. combine that with a deadline, and you've got a weapon. examples: "only 3 spots left this month." — urgency "don't let your family suffer. protect them with life insurance." — fear "5 people bought this in the last hour." — social proof + urgency people don't act because they want something. they act because they're afraid of what happens if they don't. 3. questions (the secret to stopping the scroll) questions do two things most content can't: they force the brain to engage they make the reader participate bad hook: "here's how to make money online." good hook: "aren't you tired of being broke?" the second one stops you. because it's personal and it demands an answer. how to use it: ask open-ended questions that dig into pain. "why are you still working a job you hate?" "what's stopping you from starting that business?" "aren't you a fat fuck?" (offensive, but it works) questions invite participation. and participation = engagement. these aren't tricks. they're levers. and every business that's beating you? they're pulling them. while you're posting "motivational quotes" and wondering why no one's buying... they're anchoring prices, creating urgency, and asking the right questions. you can either learn the game or keep getting played by it. your move. ylo out...

you need to go into rehab... like right now. because you are an addict. "to what?" "I've quit smoking" no not that. but something else. you don't even see it as your enemy. you see it as your friend. "bro I'm educating myself" have you figured out what you should quit? not yet? alright. I will tell you. It's content consumption. tiktok pays millions to psychologists, designers, etc to make little tweaks to their app so you would stay hooked. and once you're hooked, you're cooked. yes having Tate scream at you for 30 seconds might give you motivation. but is it real motivation if you don't take action? and if you don't take action, what happens? your mind stays blind and idle. "an idle mind is the devil's workshop" one video is Tate telling you to get after it. yet the next one? a 40-year-old low test, cheetos eating, fat fuck telling you how 99% of businesses fail, and if he couldn't escape his 9-5, you can't either. and that's why you never win. you make a mistake? what belief kicks in? is it Tate's belief? or it's the fat fucks belief? chances are, it's the fat fucks belief. because our brains are wired to negativity. negative headlines sell better. (copy tip for you) and when that negative belief kicks in, what happens? you lose motivation. you want to quit. so you look for answers. back on tiktok or youtube. but the answers aren't there. they're hidden. behind editing. behind mastered scripts. behind dopamine loops. behind pay walls. and then what happens? you get stuck in a loop. one day your feeling good. the next day? "im gonna end it all" and as you feed more and more negative experiences to your brain the less likely you are gonna make it. because your brain isn't wired for success. so how do you break this habit of yours? 1. understand this: wanting a mclaren is different than going and getting it. when you're in a state of wanting, you tell your brain that you don't have it. so try this out: tell yourself that you have your dream life, and live like it as much as you can for as long as you can. 2. switch your habits. instead of scrolling, read. instead of gooning, watch a founder's podcast. 3. set a huge goal. "how do I switch up my habits?" well, what is your dream life? it's probably this: being unknown, riding in an M4 or a c63s, having a sexy body, etc. once you have a mental picture of your dream life, ask yourself this "what habits do I have?" (the future you with your dream life) 4. switch up your surroundings. that 40-year-old fat fuck? block him. Instead, follow someone like Charlie Morgan. And if you brain hears "it's easy to make 10k/month", etc. it installs that belief into your mind. all that's left to do is action. 5. live in the end. (iykyk) you simply start acting like the future version of yourself. the version who has the money, the girl, the cars, etc. don't consume. create. become a creator, and you will realize that there is no real competition. look around. everyone is eating processed food and can't even watch a 20-minute video if it doesn't have a cut every 0.8 seconds. it's fucked. "what would a 40k/month entrepreneur do?" and remember. "you can't be an outlier with the habits of the 99%" go look at those declassified CIA files about the attack on the mind. not everyone is doing that... ylo out.

modern men are weak. soft. emotional. asking for permission to exist. and the system loves it. weak men are easy to control. they don't question. they don't resist. they just comply. is that you? or are you something different? you need to be radical. not extreme. radical. rooted in strength that can't be shaken. masculine in a world trying to feminize you. mature when everyone's chasing dopamine. strong when comfort is the default. self-educated when the system wants you ignorant. that's what separates men from boys. (these are 3 out of 5 traits) trait 1: radical masculinity the world tells you masculinity is toxic. that being aggressive is bad. that wanting to dominate is wrong. they're lying to keep you weak. masculine energy is: → taking responsibility without excuses → making decisions without seeking approval → protecting what's yours → building instead of complaining it's not about being an asshole. it's about being unmovable. when everyone's emotional, you're calm. when everyone's reactive, you're calculated. when everyone's asking "is this okay?" you're already moving. are you that man? or are you still asking permission? trait 2: mature beyond your years maturity isn't about age. it's about perspective. boys chase instant gratification: → scrolling for dopamine → partying every weekend → buying things to impress people men delay gratification: → building for 6 months in silence → sacrificing now for freedom later → investing in assets, not liabilities maturity is understanding: short-term pain = long-term freedom. short-term pleasure = long-term slavery. which path are you on? trait 3: self-educated and dangerous the system doesn't want you educated. it wants you trained. trained to follow. trained to comply. trained to trade time for money until you die. self-education is rebellion. reading books the system doesn't want you to read. learning skills that make you independent. understanding money, power, and leverage. when you're self-educated, you're dangerous. because you can't be controlled. you see through the lies. you build your own path. you don't need them anymore. are you dangerous? or are you still waiting for someone to teach you? most men will never be radical. they'll stay soft. comfortable. obedient. and the system will drain them for 40 years. you? you're choosing to be different. masculine. mature. strong. self-educated. that's not extreme. that's necessary. ylo out... the 2 extra traits that make you unbreakable? in my free telegram channel. link in my bio.

most people treat their business like a hobby. then wonder why they're broke at 30. you know why? hobbies don't pay rent. the system traps you: → 9-5 grind → paycheck to paycheck → two weeks vacation → asking permission for your own time is that freedom? or a cage with a salary? here's the truth: you can't escape working 2 hours a day. the cage demands 8 hours of your life. your escape demands 12. what are you willing to sacrifice? (these are 3 out of 5 rules) rule 1: reverse your schedule stop building your business around your life. build your life around your business. what does that look like? 6am: work 10am: work 12pm: eat 1pm: work 5pm: train 6pm: work 9pm: sleep no netflix. no scroll. no "balance." can you handle 90 days of this? rule 2: delete everything that doesn't build friends want to hang every weekend? tell them you'll celebrate when you win. parties? skipped. hobbies? paused. harsh? maybe. but what's harsher? sacrificing 6 months or the next 40 years? rule 3: treat it like life or death because staying in the system IS slow death. trading time for money until you're too old to enjoy it. is that the life you want? or are you willing to go to war for 6 months? most people call this extreme. "you need balance." "you'll burn out." and they'll stay comfortable. and broke. you? you're choosing war. because war is how you escape. balance is how you stay trapped. which one are you? ylo out... ps* the 2 extra rules that make this sustainable? in my free telegram channel. link in bio.

the process. a few missed days can destroy 6 months of work. take a moment for your future and read this. i cannot stop. everything means work. every time there is something to achieve? i detach. i stop caring about the result. i only care about my effort. i am in love. in love with something. that something? the process. the results? a byproduct. take the gym. you started 2 years ago right? back then you were weak. soft. didn't recognize yourself in the mirror. for the first year? nothing. but you kept showing up. daily. then one day. months ago. it hit you. you looked in the mirror and didn't recognize yourself. a Greek god innit? here's what you won't admit though. the moment you stopped checking the scale. stopped caring if the gym was "working". that's when it actually worked. you zoned out. became detached. and the results came. applies this to your business. most guys check their bank account every morning like it's a slot machine. "did i make money today bro?" he's missing the entire point. so instead ask different questions: how many dms did i send? how many people did i genuinely engage with? how good was my writing today? did i show up and do the work? 99% of "entrepreneurs" are obsessed with the outcome. so to be the 1% you need to be obsessed with the input. and here's the paradox: you will get the outcome faster because you're not chasing it. you're attracting it. stop asking "when will this work?" stop refreshing your analytics. stop checking if people bought. just do the work. send the dms. write the content. engage with your audience. improve your craft daily. you can't control whether someone buys today. you can only control whether you showed up and gave your best effort. the gym didn't give you results because you wanted them. it gave you results because you forgot to stop and just kept training. your business works the same way. put in the work. detach from the results. trust the process. in 6 months you'll look back and wonder how it happened so fast. but you'll know the truth: it wasn't fast. you were just too focused on the work to notice. ylo out...

your life is a reflection of your lowest standards. not your goals. not your dreams. your standards. what you tolerate is what you end up with. and most of you are tolerating way too much. you tolerate the job that drains you. you tolerate the friends who don't push you. you tolerate the body you hate. you tolerate making $0 while posting about "building." and then you wonder why nothing changes. why? because you accept it. you've decided this is "good enough for now." but "for now" turns into forever. and one day you wake up at 35 realizing you tolerated your way into a life you hate. want to know why successful people seem "lucky"? they don't tolerate mediocrity. not in their health. not in their relationships. not in their income. not in their work. they have a standard, and anything below it gets cut. immediately. no second chances. no "let me think about it." just gone. meanwhile, you're giving people 47 chances. "maybe it'll get better." "maybe i just need to try harder." "maybe i'm being too harsh." nah. you're being too soft. and soft standards create a soft life. here's the test: look at your life right now. your bank account. your body. your relationships. your business. whatever you see is the exact level of standards you've been operating at. don't like what you see? raise your standards. stop tolerating the shit job. stop tolerating lazy friends. stop tolerating the body you complain about. stop tolerating $0 months. cut it. all of it. "but i can't just quit my job." why not? "but i can't just drop my friends." why not? "but i need time to figure it out." no you don't. you need higher standards. because here's what most people don't realize: the moment you raise your standards, your life starts changing. not because you worked harder. but because you stopped accepting less. you stop tolerating the 9-5, suddenly you're forced to build. you stop tolerating broke, suddenly you're obsessed with making money. you stop tolerating out of shape, suddenly the gym isn't optional. but here's the part most people miss: once you hit your standard, you need to flip the floor. let's say you set a standard of $1k/month. you hit it. feels good. you celebrate. wrong. the moment you hit it, that becomes your new floor. your bare minimum. and you need to emotionally despise it. $1k felt like success yesterday? today it's poverty. that's how you keep moving. most people hit their goal and get comfortable. "i made $1k this month, i'm doing great." nah. you're settling. because the moment $1k feels good enough, that's where you stay. you need to make $1k feel disgusting. unacceptable. embarrassing. so you're forced to push to $3k, $5k, $10k. that's how winners operate. they don't celebrate hitting their old standard. they despise it and move the floor up. your standards dictate your reality. low standards = low life. high standards = high life. and if you're not constantly raising the floor, you're staying stuck. so stop lying to yourself about what you're "working toward." your life right now is the truth. and if you don't like the truth, raise your fucking standards. then raise them again. this is just the tip of the iceberg. the people inside of my free telegram channel? they'll get ahead. 3 rules to implement this in your life... your not in? missing out on changing your life. but that's your choice tbh. ylo out...

I want you to take a walk today. And. I want you to analyse every single man that you walk past by. What do you see about them? 9/10 times you'll see the following: - bear belly - low energy eyes - low muscle mass - high fat mass - maybe even a wife that controls him And these things stem from one thing. Testosterone... And is it really the mans fault? Yes. He has turned blind... "the eyes are useless if the mind is blind" That man decided to give in. And not question the free tap water, the effects of his diet, the effects of bear, etc. Chances are when he was younger he was a CHAD. Eating food that he hunted for. Drinking tons of milk. But now... He is lost in the sauce... He gave in. Never give in. Now back to testosterone. It's a topic that everyone touches on in the self - improvement space. But no one really gives the test boosting sauce. And those who give it shouldn't do it. Because they only mention - sleep, d vitamin, sun, and weightlifting. They don't go to the "extremes". And they never mention estrogen. The hormone that is in women and also men. But men can lower estrogen. And boost testosterone (naturally) So let me start with least obvious one. How do you lower estrogen? "But ylo why should I know about estrogen if I am a man?" Listen here my dear friend. You have some off it inside of you. And you can lower it or increase it. If you do increase estrogen you lose your masculinity... You pick up fat faster, you don't have a desire to work, your libido is super low, and your over all frame as a man is fucked. So now that you know how bad estrogen is let's lower it: 1. no tap water - worst case scenario is buying bottled water, 2nd pest option is a water filter jug, best case scenario is that you get a reverse osmosis water filter. 2. no seed oils - throw them out, check the food you are buying, etc. It's also super inflammatory 3. no tea bags - microplastics 4. no alcohol - maybe a low dose of wine can boost test, but we all know where that "alright but only one drink" can lead to. 5. clothes - wear organic clothes as much as you can. Avoid polyester at all times. (linen, cotton, wool, and silk clothes on top) Especially around your balls. Wear 100% cotton boxers. Even your bed sheets need to be from organic materials. 6. saunas - once a month - 30 minutes, sweat out all the toxins, best case scenario you do it daily 7. processed food/sugar - don't eat it... throw it all out. 8. Avoid soy, and stuff like that. So now that you know about estrogen. How do we actually boost testosterone? It's simple really: - tons of high quality sleep (be consistent with it) - 3 black coffees a day is a must - red meat, and eggs, and a little bit of white rice, and of course milk. - supplement stack: shilajit, zinc, magnesium, creatine - saunas, organic material clothes - consistent heavy and intense weight lifting - cook food in butter or coconut oil (coco oil has a higher smoking point so it's less likely to turn into trans fats) - no masturbation of course - think that you have high T - avoid tap water - talk to girls... yes that's me benching 100kg for reps at 72kg bodyweight while under 15% bf. testosterone is a miracle tbf

why do you care so much? are you really nonchalant? you're grinding for days, weeks, months, maybe even years. but no results yet. so you sit down in your martins sofa stressed out, no results, and genuinely thinking about ending it all. but why end yourself? why do you keep forgetting this one simple phrase? - posting - engaging - learning copy - creating my private community (coming soon) those in my telegram channel will get a VERY exclusive deal (5 spots left haha) - marketing trick innit back to what I was saying. you need to keep going. i know it. you're tired, you're pissed off, and a guru telling to keep going pisses you off. and guess what. he is right. why expect results when it's your first year in business? why not expect reps from yourself? instead of trying to reach a goal... live that goal. your goal might be having a private community. instead of living in your head about having it. live it. 'live in the end' iykyk you simply do the tasks that are required before even having a 400 member community. simple as. detach yourself from the goal. only expect reps. as I like to say "don't try to manifest goals. manifest those 12 hour work days" why not create yourself in a way that if you don't post, don't hit the gym, etc then it feels weird/out of character... you simply make gym and business the thing you fall back to.

the process. a few missed days can destroy 6 months of work. take a moment for your future and read this. i cannot stop. everything means work. every time there is something to achieve? i detach. i stop caring about the result. i only care about my effort. i am in love. in love with something. that something? the process. the results? a byproduct. take the gym. you started 2 years ago right? back then you were weak. soft. didn't recognize yourself in the mirror. for the first year? nothing. but you kept showing up. daily. then one day. months ago. it hit you. you looked in the mirror and didn't recognize yourself. a Greek god innit? here's what you won't admit though. the moment you stopped checking the scale. stopped caring if the gym was "working". that's when it actually worked. you zoned out. became detached. and the results came. applies this to your business. most guys check their bank account every morning like it's a slot machine. "did i make money today bro?" he's missing the entire point. so instead ask different questions: how many dms did i send? how many people did i genuinely engage with? how good was my writing today? did i show up and do the work? 99% of "entrepreneurs" are obsessed with the outcome. so to be the 1% you need to be obsessed with the input. and here's the paradox: you will get the outcome faster because you're not chasing it. you're attracting it. stop asking "when will this work?" stop refreshing your analytics. stop checking if people bought. just do the work. send the dms. write the content. engage with your audience. improve your craft daily. you can't control whether someone buys today. you can only control whether you showed up and gave your best effort. the gym didn't give you results because you wanted them. it gave you results because you forgot to stop and just kept training. your business works the same way. put in the work. detach from the results. trust the process. in 6 months you'll look back and wonder how it happened so fast. but you'll know the truth: it wasn't fast. you were just too focused on the work to notice. ylo out...
