This week: • Lost my potential first client • Crippling doubt on my future • Girlfriend of 4 years, went back to her ex. The last one hit me hard. Hard. Yet— We still have to persist my friends. Root for me. ❤️

Most want better results. Few, Are willing to change their habits. But here’s the truth: → 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 = same outcomes. → 𝐍𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 = no growth. → 𝐍𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 = no progress. If you want better, Be willing to change.

You have zero clue what you’re capable of. Zero. Sunday, I did a 24-hour dry fast. No food, no water • Bones aching • Fatigue • Headaches It was hard, But I pushed through. So, When you feel you're at your limit, You're not. Keep pushing, I believe in you.

Discipline is important. In fact, It’s a muscle. Here’s how I learned to exercise it. Downstream consequences. The less I exercise it, the weaker it gets. When I don’t feel like doing something, And I don’t do it. I increase the future probability of breaking commitments.
