Most Indian colleges have a 75% criteria and everyone moans about it, meanwhile IIIT Hyderabad has a 85% attendance criteria yet most students eagerly go for nearly all classes. Ask someone from there how things are taught. Education should be attractive, not imposed. 😊

Sad to see reputed colleges bringing in startups for on campus placements and not doing the bare minimum background check to evaluate their legitimacy. Took 5 mins to find a startup offering 15+ LPA had a random residential house in USA as their global headquarters and an invalid address as their corporate headquarters. On top, they don't have a corporate office in India but a "huge villa" in Pune where everyone compulsorily has to stay together. And a vibe coded website on top, and funnily enough their 5 million usd investment coming from their own parent shadow company and no VCs. Too many red flags.
