Yair ships so fast he probably codes breakfast and launches lunch—at this rate, his coffee probably gets deprecated before it cools down. Just don't blink, or you'll miss the next viral product idea that went from sketch to cash flow while you were scrolling.
Turning a single tweet idea into a paying SaaS customer in under three weeks and successfully navigating a major production outage by migrating infrastructure solo, all while jet-setting—now that's hustle in action.
To innovate and build impactful SaaS products by publicly navigating the trials of startup life, inspiring others to take action and learn through shared experiences.
Yair believes in transparency, rapid iteration, and community-driven growth. He trusts that real progress comes from doing and sharing, rather than endless planning. He values resilience and believes in leveraging feedback—not fearing failure but embracing it as a learning tool.
Yair’s strengths lie in rapid product development, authentic storytelling, and effective multi-platform engagement. His resilience and ability to pivot quickly in the face of challenges—like battling infrastructure failures with Supabase—show a founder who adapts and overcomes.
Sometimes his directness and high-volume output could overwhelm or alienate quieter audiences, and his critiques of tools/providers hint that he might burn bridges when frustrated without always seeking collaborative solutions.
To grow his audience on X, Yair should continue leveraging his authentic storytelling but balance critique with constructive dialogue. Hosting regular AMAs or ‘behind the scenes’ threads and cross-collaborating with other digital nomads or SaaS founders can deepen engagement and widen reach organically.
Fun fact: Within just 16 days, Yair turned an idea into a launched product and landed his first paying customer, all while nomading the world! His viral Reddit post drove 8,000 site visits and sparked his first sponsored ad deal.

🚨 Why I will NEVER use Supabase again (and recommend you don't as well): Yesterday, I tried to restore a database to its previous backup via Supabase UI. After a few minutes I got this message: "Something went wrong while restoring your project... your project is inaccessible due to the restoration failure. Please contact support for assistance." Because the restoration failed, my entire project went down. Users can't login, buy, or do anything! Here's where this issue gets even worse: - Almost 24 hours passed, no reply from Supabase, not even an acknowledgment. No success in contacting them on Twitter/Discord. - No way to escalate this ticket, talk to live support, anything. Only a plain old contact form. - Apparently this issue is happening to many customers, and they also get no response for days. Why is Supabase allowing the usage of the restoration feature if they know it's not working? Why they don't even provide a warning? The fact they know it's happening and still let users restore and cause complete outage is insane. - No updates about this issue in the status page. - Supabase also locked the entire UI, so I can't even download backups! Luckily I had an old tab open with the backups and was able to download one, but the fact Supabase doesn't let you even download backups and they can make this more annoying. Honestly I can't trust a company that treats production outages like this. An infra product should have way better support than this! If you're using Supabase, here's what I recommend: 1. Backups outside of Supabase ASAP. Supabase backups can become useless and you won't be able to access them 2. Switch. This time it happened in a smaller project, it could happen in way bigger projects and cause massive losses without being able to do anything about it. You can see in the picture that it happened to customers who pay Supabase $599/m+ for team tier and they couldn't restore it for days. I just finished migrating this project to a VPS @coolifyio with @better_auth and I highly recommend it if you're technical and willing to learn how to self-host.

Just had my first acquisition of two small SaaS businesses 🤩 Details: Business #1 - Leads Enrichment/Finder - 💰$368 MRR Business #2 - Social Media Monitoring Platform - 💰$209 MRR Price for both was less than x1 yearly ARR multiple. Because of yearly renewal will recoup most of the investment in a few months. Churn/refunds for both are very minimal. How I found this deal: Few months ago I started playing around with the idea of acquiring small companies that are already generating income. The plan is to find businesses where the idea are already validated and I could just focus on growing them. My past products that I built were b2c products and I specifically wanted to acquire b2b companies. It took me around two months of looking for those deals weekly until I found what I was looking for on @micronsio (by @ilyanovohatskyi) Purchasing process was smooth, used Microns escrow, transferred them the money, seller transferred all assets to me then I released the money. My plan: First I want to improve the product a little bit, then focus on growing these products by marketing in the same channels the previous owner did. The main channel I'm gonna start testing is cold-emails/Linkedin messages. Follow me if you want to see me sharing about how I'm trying to grow these businesses to $10k MRR.
