💰 $7,498 MRR (+$1,899), 33.9% growth rate.
🔺 $5000 in expenses (approximately). 90% of that is servers.
🌱 24 months since the launch.
📈 7.8K unique visitors, 3.7K+ from Google organic.
🫂 192 total customers (38 new, 20 churned).
💪 $1,745 is the average lifetime value and ARPU is $39.
💔 10.6% revenue churn rate and 11.5% customer churn rate.

A few thoughts:
1. It has been 2 years and I still haven't reached $10K MRR. I didn't think it would be that tough. That tough!
2. My expenses grew out of control, and that will be one of my next goals—improve profitability.
3. Also, I will try to **not** launch new products and focus on improving quality, performance, and maybe a little bit of marketing.
4. I have a simple target in mind currently—build a good business (low churn, decent growth, stable, low support). Then I will think about what to do next.
