DawidN3’s Twitter is basically the digital equivalent of that friend who’s tried every app idea in the book — if only starting 9 doomed projects was an Olympic sport, Dawid’d have more gold medals than Michael Phelps.

Turning the pain of 9 failed apps into a thriving advisory role where he helps CEOs skip the rookie mistakes and build profitable AI software faster.

To empower tech leaders and entrepreneurs to avoid costly mistakes by sharing real-world lessons and practical coding knowledge, ultimately fostering a smarter, more successful AI software ecosystem.

DawidN3 believes learning through failure is invaluable, that coding mastery is essential even in an AI-driven world, and that persistence and incremental progress lead to meaningful achievements.

His deep experiential knowledge combined with a candid, motivational style that inspires others to keep going and learn by doing rather than waiting to be perfect.

His high tweet volume and technical focus might overwhelm followers who prefer bite-sized insights or less frequent engagement, potentially limiting broader appeal.

To grow on X, DawidN3 should lean into thread storytelling—detailing specific failure-to-success journeys—and sprinkle in quick coding tips or AI hacks to engage both beginners and experts. Also, engaging more in conversations rather than mostly broadcasting could unlock higher follower interaction.

Despite 9 failed apps, DawidN3 tweets over 3500 times and celebrates small wins enthusiastically, proving he's all about long-term hustle and no ego about setbacks.

As promised. Here is the list of my @Upwork mistakes so you can avoid them. >🧵<

Here are some problems I had with AI and how to fix them: 1. Prompt complexity. When you give AI too much details it starts loosing parts of it. Try splitting it into multiple smaller ones. This technique is called: "Prompt chaining" Instead of ONE GIANT PROMPT. You got 3 smaller ones. 2. Too much creativity. This is true for classification tasks. Example: > Assign X to Y. > Give list of Z from the text. If your AI is correct 80-90% of the time. This can be the reason. In these tasks the key is consistency. We got few parameters to play with: - Temperature -> Set low(0 or 0.1) - Top_p -> Set to 0.1 - Seed -> Set to specific number 3. The prompt lacks detail. Too little detail and AI will drift off easy. Fix it by: 1. Find exactly in what situations your AI is wrong. 2. Add details to prompts about these situations. 3. Repeat. This sounds simple, but might not be. Remember that adding too much details is also wrong. AI will get confused. You want minimal data -> Maximum information. Even better: Create evals. Evals are like test cases for your AI. This way you can test hundreds of edge cases at the same time. 4. Not tracking outputs. Use an observability tool like Helicone or OpenAI platform. Track what AI generates. Then put it into an eval. 5. Context window issues. This is pretty simple -> Too much data put into AI results in: > Enormous costs. > Slow responses. Use RAG. 6. Inconsistent JSON outputs. Wrong JSON outputs and your app is broken. To do this you want to pass in json_schema to AI model ALWAYS. Unfortunately some AIs don't support like(like deepseek) 7. Context get lost. The best way I found is to always pass context in XML tags like this: This is some context This comes from official tutorials from OpenAI and Anthropic. They creators themselves recommend XML. At the end of the day this prompting is just trial and error. There are no magic tricks. You want to test as much as possible.
