Krystian tweets so much, I’m starting to think he’s single-handedly keeping the ‘Twitter’ button warm—maybe it’s time to prove your gains by bench-pressing less keyboard and more iron!

Turning his life around from a directionless, insecure teen addicted to distractions into a disciplined coach and mentor who inspires others daily is nothing short of a monumental personal victory.

Krystian’s life purpose is to empower others to overcome their limiting beliefs and destructive habits, helping them build strength, confidence, and self-worth so they can live their best, most fulfilled lives.

He firmly believes that discipline, clear goals, and a strong mindset are the keys to personal transformation. Krystian values accountability, perseverance, and rejects toxic influences that hold people back, seeing faith and self-improvement as foundational pillars.

His greatest strength is his authentic vulnerability combined with a high level of self-discipline, making him relatable yet inspiring. He’s a master at setting clear goals and sticking to them, which fuels his constant growth and ability to motivate others.

His intensity and high expectations might sometimes come off as overly harsh or inflexible, potentially alienating followers who aren’t ready for his tough approach. Also, the sheer volume of his tweets may dilute focus and overwhelm his audience.

To grow on X, Krystian should leverage storytelling more strategically—focusing on a few powerful transformation stories and engaging with his community to build loyal followers. Using thread formats and occasional live Q&A sessions could boost meaningful interaction and showcase his expertise.

Fun fact: Despite tweeting over 70,000 times, Krystian isn’t just shouting into the void—he’s relentlessly refining his message to motivate others, turning every tweet into a small push towards greatness.

Top tweets of Krystian Kowalczyk

Just a few years ago I was just a skinny loser without vision in life. I had: - No confidence in myself. - And low self-esteem. I was… •Self-doubting myself. •And limiting myself. I can say that I was in zombie mode for a few years. I was waking up and going to the school that I always hated. ( Most days I was missing because I didn't want to go and I wanted to taste that cheap dopamine from video games ) Even my teachers were calling my parents regularly because of how many days I missed saying: “where is Krystian is everything alright with him?” And yeah my parents were always saying that “everything is fine and he will be in school soon”. Or sometimes even lying that I was sick… In school, I was always playing games on my phone Sometimes even teachers were taking my phone because I wasn't listening to lessons. I was avoiding girls as much as I could even if I saw that many of them were giving me signs. Because I didn't have the confidence within me and I can tell you that I even was scared of them. And because of porn… Yeah I was addicted to porn so hard… I was watching it and playing with my pp every single day many times because I was bored of my life. And porn completely destroyed my interest in having a girl because I could satisfy myself alone. Then after school, I was always wasting hours playing video games and scrolling through social media on my phone. And I was even sacrificing my sleep just to play on my computer with my friends. And I was waiting always waiting and even begging until the weekend showed up. Just to go to a house party with my group of school friends. Where we were drinking alcohol and doing stupid clowny things. I was backing up from those parties fully drunk without even having control of myself. Waking up the next day with headaches and stomach aches. My parents were ashamed of what I was doing because they were always picking me up from those parties. They always were telling me to stop doing that shit because I will destroy my life and health. But stupid young me I wasn't listening to them. That's how I wasted years of my life surrounding myself with cheap dopamine like video games, parties and alcohol, and porn. But there was one day I remember when I was sitting with my friend on the discord his name is Adam. We started talking about how we maybe should want more from life than playing video games, partying, and drinking alcohol. Talking about how cool life the rich people have because of the money, sports cars, big houses That they can wake up and do whatever and whenever they want. And then we made the decision that we're gonna break from all the BS that we were doing and actually change our lives. On the same day, we made our first investment which we split in half to enroll in Andrew Tate's university. Because on social media we heard that many people completely shifted their lives after being in it for a while. And that is how I started learning the skill of copywriting with him. We were going excited through all the lessons quickly wanting to learn more and more. Doing notes from the most important part of the videos… And we even started doing some form of training. Doing hundreds of push-ups every day on Discord. And we even started working for our parents just to make money for a membership. But suddenly after a while. My friend Adam decided to quit for a stupid reason. He said that he doesn't understand the lessons because of how bad his English is. I couldn't believe it, I was thinking that he is making a joke or something. But yes it was real… I tried to change his mind but even after trying my best, he came back to playing video games. And from that time I was all alone on my own learning the skill of copywriting. And it was the moment that changed my life completely. After learning in Andrew Tate's school for about 6 months my life completely shifted. I can say that I killed my old version and forged a new one. I set crystal clear goals in my life that gave me the fire to wake up every day and work hard on them. And I've made a plan that will allow me to reach those goals. I discovered that I have a duty as a man to provide the best life possible for my loved ones. I finally came back to God Jesus Christ and started building a relationship with him. I went to the gym to gain muscle mass and strength because I was ashamed of how I looked. And with how hard I trained I finally built confidence, and self-worth within myself. I can even say that I was no longer scared of girls and I was even enjoying the conversation with them In fact I was even taking the first step to talk to them. I cut all the toxic and useless relationships in my life that were destroying me. I started respecting my parents more. I stopped drinking alcohol and eating fast foods. In fact I didn't drink alcohol or smoke weed for more than a year. And I beat my porn addiction and I didn't watch this shit for more than a year. I built a laser-like focus that allowed me to focus on one task for a long time and actually do more work in less time. That's all happened by just joining Andrew Tate's university and I highly recommend you to do the same. But at the end of this story, I also want to give all my thanks to the professors inside his university. Because without them I won't be the person that I am right now. Shootout to Andrew Bass, Professor Arno, Moneybag Dylan, Luc, Professor Alex, Andrew, and Tristian Tate 💖.
