Robert’s tweet frequency suggests he’s single-handedly trying to keep the internet's servers from getting bored—at this rate, he’ll need to start selling electricity credits as a side hustle. Somewhere, Siri is begging for a break.

Building a rich, detailed archive of thought-provoking content across 16,000 tweets that engage a dedicated audience interested in critical analysis and real-world wisdom.

To provoke thought and question accepted narratives by dissecting history, culture, and personal habits, encouraging followers to rethink their assumptions and make informed decisions.

Values truth and clarity above all, believing that understanding history and real-world experiments are crucial to personal and societal growth. He stresses the importance of self-awareness, intellectual honesty, and practical wisdom, often challenging mainstream or complacent viewpoints.

His strength lies in his thoroughness and fearless critique, which helps to unveil hidden truths and spark meaningful debates. His extensive experience and willingness to experiment personally lend authenticity to his opinions.

Sometimes his relentless critical style can come off as overly cynical or alienating, making it tough for casual followers to engage deeply. His dense content may also overwhelm audiences looking for lighter or more straightforward content.

To expand his audience on X, Robert should try threading his tweets into digestible series that guide followers through his big ideas step-by-step. Mixing in some lighter or humorous moments could lower barriers for new followers and boost engagement.

Robert has tweeted over 16,000 times—proving he can’t resist sharing his critical take on just about everything. He also openly offers high-ticket consultations, showing confidence in his unique expertise.

Shoutout to @antidoc32 for this one. Tried Huperzine A once but it was at random not consistently taking it. Never noticed any difference. He convinced me to give it a try as a daily for awhile though. It's been about 3 - 4 weeks now and I can say I am convinced he was right. It's not anything major but I swear I am just a little bit sharper. Don't get lost for the word I'm looking for when stressed out and got kids yapping in the background type of thing... But it is in fact noticeable. I think he said he takes 200mcg twice daily. I've only been taking it once most days but still, I am a believer.

$asts took a big hit on Thursday with a Structured registered financing facility with contingent dilution. People not understanding what happened here sold heavily thinking it meant dilution. And it may end up being (probably will be) but worst case this looks to be about a 2% dilution that raised $500m. Personally, as someone very heavily invested in ASTS I'm actually very excited about this deal. Obviously the company has to deliver but this money puts them in a position to scale heavily over the next 12 months. I've been in ASTS for over 4 years now. When I sold my tech business earlier this year, I put half of those funds into ASTS when it was still just under $25. I'm betting my entire life savings on it basically. And because of that, I'm always looking for a reason to sell. A reason to say this isn't going to happen or work. It's possible, of course I'm wrong here. Maybe this doesn't play out like I think it will. BUT I think this company is only going up from here. I think within the next year (meaning by July of next year) we will see things playing out that will blow people's minds and we still have 4 -5 years of incredible upside from there. I believe in 6 - 18 months from now we will see an absolutely incredibly multiple on valuation that the company will continue to both expand and grow into. "IF" I am right, is ASTS a buy now at 50 - 60? Yes. Is it a buy at 100? Yes. Is it a buy at 200? Time will tell but I believe the answer will be yes. Not financial advice, just my opinion.

My experience so far on TRT 120mg per week test cyp and 750iu HCG has been phenomenal. Into my early 40's I had tremendous energy probably due to I was working out so much along with mountain biking and running 4 - 5 times per week. As most of you know some shit went haywire after I moved across country and I got fat af over a 2 year period after covid. In 5 months I recomped from 235 to 212. That was done naturally and was probably around 50lbs of fat loss. Energy went back up for sure but there was still a difference from where I was a few years prior. And even then I knew I wasn't recovering at quite the same speed as I was in my late 30's. This time on TRT my energy levels have really skyrocketed even at such a low dose. My body doesn't feel worn out everyday from my workouts. I'm sleeping better. How much faster am I recomping faster this time? Hard to say because I didn't let myself get nearly as out of shape this time. But believe it's a pretty significant difference. I feel much better doing it anyway. Also took my 3rd reta shot today. How much is the reta helping? I don't know, haven't been on it that long. I don't overeat anyway. I'm that person that has to count calories to make sure I'm eating enough. Embarrassing to say that I got fat because I drank too many alcohol calories but that's the truth. However, I feel the reta is helping as well because the fat is melting off at a pretty crazy clip. Seems faster than just 2lbs per week even though that's what I'm eating for. I look significantly leaner at 225lbs this time than I did last time at 225. I look more like I did at 215 last time which is pretty wild. Anyway that's my experience if it helps anyone. Age of previous recomp was 45. 46 this time and will be 47 next month fwiw.

90% of my supplements come from NOW I've studied supplements since I was 20 (47 next month). First, like most people I read what others had to say. Then in my 30's I started reading the actual case studies on things. A few years ago I started my own supplement company selling a couple of products and learned an awful lot about the inner workings of supplement companies. It's not just supplement misinformation and misquoted or cherry picked data that happens. Most supplement companies have absolutely terrible quality control. Google "protein powder nitrogen spiking" and then you can quickly see what I'm talking about. You can put 3rd party tested, GMP certified, NSF certified, COA's included, whatever you want on the label. There are workarounds for ALL of it and when you start researching various manufactures and what all they have been fined for and caught doing it's really eye opening. NOW, I believe is as close to 100% trustable as you can get in this industry. They have some of the best in house purity testing in the industry AND they manufacture their own products in house. 99% of brands do not manufacture their own product. Even most of the biggest most well known brands are just labels. Ever wonder why a product you've bought from a particular brand suddenly seems to lose quality? Or why some batches are hit and some are miss? Often times these brands are having the same product produced at multiple different manufacturing plants (none of which they own) and there is no way for you to know which plant produced your product. Some of the most high profile, highly certified manufacturing plants that produce for multiple big name brands have been busted and even completely shut down (which takes an awful lot of abuse) for doing shady stuff. NOW is completely in house with it's testing. Obviously they are still sourcing raw ingredients but In-house verification: every batch of raw material gets tested in NOW’s Illinois labs before it ever goes into blending or encapsulation. They don’t just trust the supplier’s COA (certificate of analysis). Manufacturing: powders, capsules, tablets, blends are manufactured in NOW facilities (Bloomingdale, IL and Sparks, NV). Finished product testing: every run is tested again for potency, identity, contaminants, heavy metals, microbes. They have full analytical chemistry and microbiology labs, which almost no other supplement company maintains internally. Am I saying no other brand is trustable? Absolutely not. Just that if you don't have the time to research or know exactly what to research, you probably shouldn't be trusting whatever random product your picking up, well known brand or not. FTR I have no affiliation at any level with NOW.

I did 1 cycle of steroids. From 19 to 21 (roughly) I gained about 30lbs of muscle. I quit growing (height wise) and I filled out. It was insane how big and strong I got over that time period as a natural. From 21 to 22 I gained about 5lbs of which probably 3lbs was fat. My gains just came to a halt. Some of that was because I was broke AF and ramen was my most frequent meal so my eating was not at it's best. But a large part was just because I had pretty well maxed out my natural gains and they were going to come slowly. Then at 22 I did exactly 1 and only 1 cycle of steroids. Why did I do it? Whole different post. But the point is I did ONE 8 week cycle. In that 8 weeks I gained 20lbs of which probably 15 was solid muscle. My bench went from 5 x 275lbs (strict form) to 12 x 275lbs. It was the most absurd mind boggling shit ever. I remember walking in the gym and catching a glimpse of someone in the mirror and thinking "fuck that guy is big!" and on double take it was me. That's not a joke or hyperbole it's a strong memory. I remember the age, the location, the gym, the mirror, the equipment in that room at that time. I went from a really well built natural to a legit monster (not bodybuilding stage monster but general gym monster yes) in just 8 weeks. What was I running? I dunno, I was a bouncer at the time and I was the only non juiced bouncer. I took what they gave me. I remember it was Deca and I "think" dbol. Could have been winstrol or anything else. I honestly don't remember this was 25 years ago now, I just remember it was Deca and something else. Random share
