听说今年很多应届硕士很难找到工作,投递简历的人和岗位机会比例通常是300:1的概率。本文适合没开始工作的应届生、Gap大于1年的人、没去过大厂工作的人... 分享一个提高约面率的小技巧。其实每个公司都会有一个HR系统,里面有个ATS模块。 主要是评估简历与岗位要求的匹配程度,然后打出‘高’、‘中’、‘低’的评分。 这就是为什么很多师兄师姐不建议大家一份简历走天下。 因为如果你命中岗位要求中的关键词术语比较少,那么简历直接打低分,很可能你的简历直接被机筛淘汰了(认为是机器生成的垃圾海投简历),根本到不了HR和一面面试官面前。 因此,建议大家在看好一个岗位之后,先用jobleap.cn进行一轮匹配度自查,如果命中的岗位需要的专业术语比较少,可以使用产品自带的简历优化功能加强一下匹配度。 现在一个岗位通常有300-500人投递,其中90%的人并不知道这个提高约面几率的小技巧,只要能到面试官面前并获得面试机会,后面能和你竞争的也就10%的决赛圈了。希望看到本帖子的大家都有好机会,都能找到满意的工作。
