Rocket buying Redfin is an idea born out of some MBA's mind. Might work. But Rocket just aligned themselves AGAINST any agent that doesn't work for Redfin. Overlooking that Real Estate is very a "tribal" industry.

We need to ditch the narrative that if rates drop to 5.875, the RE market explodes. Consumer isn't as flush, prices of everything is also higher. Unemployment would need to be higher (for rates to fall). We have different conditions than 2020-22.
