Most people tell you negative emotions like... Fear, greed, and anger are bad. I say: They are feedback mechanisms designed to keep you safe. You can't avoid having them. You can only learn how to use them.

I asked why a friend doesn't regularly write to her list. She told me: "I don't want to disturb them." For real? They literally opt-in to your list to learn more about your product. You aren't disturbing them by emailing them regularly. You're helping them.

You're doubting yourself while other people are wondering how you do it all so effortlessly. Give yourself more credit.

How to consistently get content ideas: • Read daily • Listen to podcasts • Store any idea you have • Reach out to your audience • Write advice to your younger self • Have a story bank • Keep a journal

I have a disease. It's called: "Shiny object syndrome.'' For the past 4 years... I've been tortured by this deadly virus. It crippled my growth. But, this is a new chapter for me. I'm doing what I love and I'm not stopping. I'm not free from it. I'm just more powerful.

The past few days have been therapeutic for me. I posted less Engaged less And I read more. I must say, I feel better about myself. Even though I'm 20, I feel like I just started living. All because I spent a few days reading "The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck".
