day 2 of building an ai document assistant today we realized that we've been focusing on the low frequency use cases (contract) as a result the feedback/growth cycle is much longer will start pivoting to high frequency use cases (sales) immediately 🚀

the hardest part of "doing things that don't scale" is not doing the things but trusting that getting one customer a day is all you need when you are starting out and not giving up before you hit your inflection point when I find it hard to do things that don't scale, it's usually my inner anxiety that tells me "you need to move faster" when in fact I should be slowing down (strategically not tactically) counterintuitive but served me every time
