You’re like the human embodiment of a corporate finance textbook—really dense, a bit intimidating, and leaves people wondering if they should have paid more attention in school or just stuck to memes instead.

Founded and scaled three software companies to a combined valuation exceeding $75 million before the age of 21, cementing their place as a prodigy in entrepreneurship and financial strategy.

To empower aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners to leverage financial knowledge and strategic borrowing to grow their ventures aggressively while minimizing taxes, ultimately disrupting the status quo of traditional business growth methods.

They believe that mastery of financial systems—not just hard work—is the key to exponential business success and that knowledge, especially from books, is the ultimate power. They value smart risk-taking, continuous learning, and using financial tools like loans and credit strategically to outcompete rivals. They also hold a skeptical and realistic view of common entrepreneurial milestones, urging others to aim higher.

Unmatched financial savvy with deep knowledge of tax strategies and capital leveraging, combined with an impressive track record of building multi-million dollar companies early in life. Their ability to distill complex financial concepts into actionable advice makes them a thought leader in entrepreneurship.

Their blunt and sometimes controversial tone can alienate or polarize some followers, potentially limiting wider appeal. Additionally, their high-risk approach using loans and debt might not resonate or be achievable for all entrepreneurs, risking criticism for promoting aggressive financial tactics.

To grow their audience on X, neverpaytax should blend their no-nonsense advice with more accessible content like short case studies or motivational snippets that demystify complex finance topics. Engaging more in dialogue through polls and Q&A sessions could also humanize their brand and build a loyal community eager to learn from their expertise.

Fun fact: neverpaytax equates reading just five books on relevant topics to being in the top 0.01% of intelligence, proving they're both a knowledge junkie and a business powerhouse.

What I am about to tell you is literally how billionaires become billionaires YOU NEED TO BECOME A FINANCIAL WIZARD If you can focus and read this thing I promise you will 10x your business and destroy your competition I have paid accountants and consultants hundreds of thousands just to learn this with my most recent company I perfected this and increased my valuation about 30 Million in 8 months You should be constantly trying to be in more debt borrowing money at rates lower than inflation with your assets as collateral (equity, real estate, crypto) this means you don't have to take out money from your business for example and get taxed you keep the money in the business and buy things with loans So you don't have to sell your assets, or make any taxable withdraws If you take out a business loan for 100k and your business did 100k revenue, you can create 200k of untaxable currency you are doubling your energy reinvest all of your revenue into blitz scaling and "general business expenses" and interest payments on the loan Those are deductible expenses meaning you didn't make 100k to show the IRS you actually just broke even "but how will I have money to buy food and a car and pay my rent and and and" Thats why you use the loan You can always have money without ever paying tax this is how billionaires operate this is how you move faster you must be more competent to do this Its just like playing guitar hero on easy and thinking you are the sh*t then trying hard mode but, at the highest level that is where you must be If you are not using outside capital you are forced to give away minimum 35% of what you make every year You are just throwing that money away instead of deploying that capital to increase market share You will lose to someone who is competing with you if they are a competent entrepreneur doing this you are not scaling correctly if you aren't showing close to zero profit yearly does that make you nervous and uncomfortable? It should. You just discovered the skill gap your stress tolerance should be tested often You can still live a great life because you are putting up your equity in the business as collateral for these loans (or borrow from crypto trust but you guys are not ready for that) so the more revenue you make even if you show zero profit you can get a bigger loan make sure you don't build your business in an unsustainable way which is a trap I have fallen into before you need to constantly understand your margins if you weren't spending so aggressively and make sure that you would still be profitable without outside capital (ie paying yourself a salary, scaling back team, marketing budgets, etc) you don't technically have to do this but if you ever want an exit, your business needs to be sustainable without your messiah-like financial voodoo a good indicator is if it's hard for you to find things to spend money on before tax season (pro tip you should buy all of your subscriptions yearly right before tax season) If you are trying to speedrun life, this is essential you cannot be afraid to borrow, in a market that penalizes profit and incentivises loss your choice is simple continue as an average operator feeling comfortable or take your business to its maximum potential and market share give it to the IRS or use it to create value for yourself and the market this is sh*t that I have had to learn and could charge stupid money for but I'm just handing it to you there's lots of nuance involved in this and you need to do your research I won't even get started in the credit card sauce because this would be too long but the high-level overview is 0% credit exists, even if you have no income and are broke credit cards are the same thing as loans to the IRS so this all applies whats crazy is when you start using 0% credit cards to pay off loans then when the interest kicks in you just balance transfer to a different 0% interest card this is demonstrating true financial literacy become a wizard who can do actual money glitches and you will not lose to the comp. Internalize this and you are ahead of the game monumentally you f*gs better share this because this took my a long time to time and I ain't getting paid for this sh*t my intention is to decrease IRS revenue

HOW TO BE AN INNOVATOR AND INCREASE INTELLIGENCE OVERALL (FIRST EVER THREAD I’m a 22yo PERSONALLY worth 200ish million conservatively - this is not larp and extremely real sauce if you read this entire thing your life should be totally different afterwards assuming your IQ is over 100) I constantly have brilliant billion dollar ideas that revolve around assisting the government and increasing government revenues worldwide I have so many ideas that I could get gov contracts for I don’t pursue these of course because government is immoral and disgusting so aiding government is as well But I have these ideas because I understand government from first principles I spend a lot of time thinking about authority, influence, justice, democracy, etc I have spent time studying all of these things to avoid government theft and understand where weak points are Where loopholes exist and grey areas open up I study these things more than anything else That is why I have almost perfect ideas on exactly how the government could make more money The deeper your understanding, the better you can see root problems and truths, the better your solution to rid these problems In every single field and industry Even gambling I saw a clip of a person on stake slots strategizing which slot to pick based on the company who provides the software for the specific games stake offers Even in an online casino A deeper understanding increases your ability to make a profitable decision and overall guarantees BETTER IDEAS if you fully understand something from first principles, everything surrounding that thing, how everything connects and the common denominators between these things Not only will you have good ideas surrounding this thing, you will not be able to stop seeing exactly how you can improve whatever it is that you truly understand You need to be radically intentional about studying First study how to study and figure out how YOU as an individual arrive at truth in the most time efficient way For me, when I want to learn about ANYTHING I do not study the topic first I find out who created, pioneered, invented, advanced, conceptualized, etc the topic in question And study that PERSON (usually its many people for industry I look at the most important advancements in 10ish year increments starting NOT FROM THE BEGINNING OF TIME) But from today Because reading a biography or watching interviews on the man who invented and commercialized the most recent significant change in automated farm equipment (for example) Will tell you exactly how that person got to the point where they could innovate an industry You will almost always be able to find out who they learned from, and then what they took away from it leading to their innovation Then you can follow the trail through history Go study the person that the person your studying studied and repeat this Eventually you have an incredibly accurate understanding of anything in a short amount of time The understanding comes from being able to pickup on the pattern in that industry What did all the most impactful innovators have in common? What inspired and drove them to create? What SKILLS did they have? In interviews you will often hear them giving predictions How accurate were these people’s predictions? Sometimes they are really accurate Sometimes in certain industries the pattern doesn’t lie in what every innovator predicts Because massive innovations required this person to see things differently from everyone because of a specific field or skill or experience they had that everyone else didn’t They had a unique understanding of all the correct things at the time to make this happen They saw something no one else saw because a pattern they took from somewhere else could be found in the industry The more industries you conduct this exercise on the more you approach a first principles understanding of industry itself

Do not become friends with your employees Besides hiring in general, this is genuinely the most difficult thing about running a company I am so good at befriending and connection building with everyone that I have to consciously be closed off I have to withhold praise when I want to give it But in reality these are selfish pursuits I want to be liked because I’m used to that But a company runs significantly better under constant unrelenting pressure and high expectation from the top all the way down You have to put your validation seeking aside and be willing to have people not feel comfortable around you Trust me on this please, I have ran many teams and hired so many fcking people This is the absolute best way to get the most out of your team, which is really what your job is You are pushing them to be better They will probably have resentment because of it but it is what needs to be done The single biggest change I made to be more regimented in this approach is meeting length and preparation I used to just have hour long weekly meets with department heads and have them show me reports and talk about bullshit The calls would always end up going over and everyone would leave feeling all happy and smiley and like they are doing a great job and can rely on that paycheck for another few months Do you know what happens when everyone thinks they are doing great and are best friends with the CEO? Nothing, Nothing happens. Now I run 15-30min meets and go into it fully prepared and with absolute goals and agendas for every single meeting No small talk No joking around for 30min If something that was supposed to happen the previous week was not executed I am going to need to create an environment of pure discomfort until I can determine exactly who failed and if they need to be replaced. Expectations create businesses If you let people think it’s okay for something to take two weeks then it will take two weeks If you make it seem insane and unacceptable for it to take one day then you will eventually have someone in that position who is capable of doing it in one day Do not accept excuses Do not applaud and give bonuses to people for simply doing what is expected it creates comfort Comfort is a state which does not know urgency Everything is urgent Every single task should be conveyed as mission critical and high stakes Repeat yourself constantly If you do not have your own list of company principles that is taught and memorized upon onboarding you are not as efficient as my team We have a philosophy that only acknowledges absolute and total execution If you can’t tell me how many support tickets where opened, closed, and the week over week change in speed to resolution and you are head of support you will never show up to a meeting with me without those numbers seared into your memory again Because you will be called out and warned in front of whoever is on that call I don’t want to do these things but I have found it is essential for making monumental leaps while at scale Department heads are regularly evaluated by team members below them at random and points are brought up and discussed directly Why did Sarah say you are regularly late to your own team meetings? Do you think that is acceptable? Do you think that is inline with this companies standards? The more you are willing to be disliked the more your company with get done Sad but true. Young guys you will have to figure this out the hard way.
