11 months since I purchased @cuppa_sh from @iannuttall (screenshot below). We are still creeping up and to the right, albeit a bit slower than the 80% MoM growth we were seeing in Q1. I'm still as excited today as I was 11 months ago. We will continue to push until we have the best AI Content Platform out there. 🚀🫡

URL Monitor has been a rollercoaster. All in just 1 year's time. - Raised exactly the purchase price, including me putting in more $, to acquire the GoogIndexing tool. - Lost $1.2k MRR right after the acquisition (cheers stripe). That was fun. Thanks to @JackCulpan for building that sweet tool on the fly to help. - It then immediately broke due to a nasty hosting issue (thanks @iannuttall for helping me there). Thought it was a full 0, just 2 weeks after buying it. - We stabilized (somewhat)... - We then successfully (but also not successfully) did an AS Lifetime deal. The stories I could tell here.... - The world was ending in August 2024 when Goog published a note about AI content being spammed in indexing. Again, thought it was a full 0.... the largest over-reaction of all time on my part. but led me to the next steps, so I'll take it. - During this time, we added Bing Indexing, Team Seats, Workspaces, Drip Indexing, Reporting, and Weekly Summaries while trying to figure out how to push through to make this the best app ever. ("my thought - what if everything was just in one app - I could eliminate like 3 or 4 subscriptions and just have one home base for everything I need for my sites"). - We then decided to add more core functionality with some great integration partners for Real-time Web Tracking and Domain Monitoring. Not an easy or fast thing to do ^, a lot of investment and development. - We finally arrived and pushed release on this at the end of Jan 2025. Its now stacked with Real-time web tracking, domain monitoring, and indexing. Ups and downs. That is the true reality of trying to scale a business. celebrate the victories when they come, because its hard work. Cheers to that MRR upswing and the work to get it to this point.
