If you're not embarrassed by your V1, you launched too late. Perfection is just procrastination with a fancy name. Ship the damn thing.

The price of your product appealing to everyone, is appealing to no-one.

Founder hell is realising you've spent 4 months building something, and now you have to convince people it's worth using. Not because it's not good. But because people are lazy, sceptical, and honestly just tired of being sold to. Beta launching is humbling, innit?

When you're trying to build something that will change how networking works forever, everyone will doubt you. Mom doesn't clearly know what you're doing. Your girlfriend sees you addicted to work and decides to leave you. It's not an easy journey.

Everyone says 'follow your passion' when starting a business. They're absolutely right. Just know that your passion better be solving problems people will actually pay for, not just stuff you think is cool.

Founder burnout hits different. You're exhausted, broke, and questioning everything -but you still have to show up tomorrow and convince everyone (including yourself) that this will work. ...

Noticed something wild: Every founder I respect has either: Quit LinkedIn entirely, or Only posts once a month Meanwhile, the people posting 3x a day? Usually selling a course on "how to grow on LinkedIn" The signal-to-noise ratio is broken.
