He will use @cursor_ai to solve every issue; I will guide him through an AI-driven development cycle, using the @ai16zdao Eliza docs as context. Even if you don't know much about Typescript, feel free to join. I won't use any of my prior coding knowledge (other than basic principles) and let Cursor do its magic. Accelerate.

GM smol update: I'll join the gigabrains at @LayerZero_Core and help refine the Developer Relations game. After nearly a decade in crypto, I've regularly seen protocols struggle with interop & it's one of the biggest pain points in building onchain rn. While working at @swellnetworkio and building Swellchain, I've experienced this first-hand. I won't yap about what LayerZero is building to make the space better and more integrated, as anyone reading this most likely already knows what's being built. What I will yap about in the future, though, is making LayerZero the default choice for any builder thinking cross-chain. I'll also heavily lean into AI agent interop when not 'working'. I've always been super interested in cross-chain possibilities, and fixing the fragmented space is a challenge I'm really looking forward to helping solve. And doing so alongside a team like LZ is exactly where I want to be. Thanks to @unkrakable, @0xNazreen, @caleb_banister, and all the others involved in the process. Contributed to this milestone - integrating verifiable inference via @OpacityNetwork into Eliza. I'm excited to see cryptographic guarantees coming to AI agent responses. This matters because it solves the trust problem in AI interactions - using zkTLS/MPC-TLS to cryptographically prove every model response while maintaining privacy and model flexibility. Great working with you @gajesh & @RonTuretzky Accelerate.

Facts. I’ve recently either hosted a workshop or acted as a mentor for four hackathons, am in planning groups for six more just in February (!) I finally found some innovation in this boring space. reddit x ai agents x crypto = @subsdotfun. I spent my night testing the beta, and it's super interesting and fun to use. Each community/sub has its token and AI agent that learns from member posts. Share to earn is a thing as you're able to get coins by contributing quality content that improves the agent's knowledge base. What makes it unique is how it aligns incentives. Instead of doomscrolling, you're building something valuable together. The agents create this interesting dynamic where the community actually gets smarter over time. Still early, but it's refreshing to see something that combines community, AI, and tokens in a way that actually makes sense. This marks my last week at @swellnetworkio With the devrel program for Swellchain now running, my time has come to an end. Wild year. We have been shipping A LOT. Started with no devrel program and built it from zero, got partnerships with all the big CEXs locked in, pushed the chain to 4M+ tx, some AI agent plays that will shine soon, ran hackathons and accelerators, countless @OptimismGov governance and partnership interactions, and lately the expansion to Hyperliquid via @Hyperwavefi. Good run. Thanks to everyone I met along the way. Time to make relax before the next chapter.

Thanks for the shoutout, sir. @naruto11eth is right. Building effective AI agents requires a deep understanding beyond the frameworks. You don't necessarily need to know the ins and outs of AI/ML, but you have to learn the mental model. You have to expand your horizons. Don't just try to replicate what's out there. Lock in for a weekend and try to push the boundaries. You don't have to be a genius to do so; LLMs will help you hack your way to an MVP. While tools like ELIZA lower the barrier to entry, at least understanding the fundamentals remains crucial for building truly impactful solutions. If you don't, you'll just build the next shitcoin of AI Agents. Start, stick to it, finish. (If you have no idea what to build, just ask an LLM too and mention you don't want to make the 13123234th chatbot AI Agent)

Congratulations to everyone who finished & submitted their project to the @solana AI hackathon by @sendaifun I am very glad of some of these teams, as this was my second Hackathon where I've been representing the @ai16zdao - I've had great chats and interesting problems to unblock (some of them annoying af, too, hah). We are changing things to make plugin development more scalable. Instead of keeping everything in one place, we've moved plugins to their own repos. You can now either maintain these or own them via your own GitHub org. No more PRs into Eliza core - register your plugin with our new registry, and it'll be available via CLI. (This will also speed up local development A LOT) Want to help? If you want to be a maintainer, file an issue in the plugin repo and hop into our Discord (discord.gg/elizaos) to coordinate.
