95% of people buying your product hate wasting time and don’t want to “grind” - Agency owners want the clients without having to get ghosted 500 times - Ecom guys want the $5k days without the trial and error Instead of telling people how to do the hard part, do the hard part for them… Let your customers pay their way out of working and stack more cash - Provide the agency owner with trained outbound teams, video editors, closers - Give the ecom guys manufacturers, winning products, “rep” contacts There’s little downside to doing this 1) Your offer always looks 5x better when more stuff is “done for them” 2) Your making way more $$$ both short term and long term 3) MRR stacks faster because people need to continue paying you to operate I’ve used this exact strategy numerous times to literally multiply cash overnight

Mistakes I’ve made selling products and services: 1) Overpaying my worst marketers and underpaying my best performing ones 2) Allowing “low intent” buyers to purchase instead of setting minimum standards 3) Never turned “I want a refund” into “how do I send you more money” 4) Having a shit product description for some of our offers (Disputes cooked us) 5) Focusing on “more customers, more money!” and never LTV 6) Providing too much free value 7) Not connecting with members/customers who purchased the products 8) Selling without actually having a killer offer in place 9) Not selling hard enough 10) Rushing sales process because I had “too many leads” coming in
