There are months where it feels nothing is happening and then days and weeks when months happen. Last 3 months have be crazy at @Heva_AI . First Quarterly Report: - We solved 5 problem statements. - Secured another 2000+ Datapoints for our R&D. - Secured a Grant. - Received 2 Term sheets, the second one is incoming. - Onboarded 3 new folks. - Got into one of the cohorts of T-Hub - Got into nasscom deeptech Emerge Cohort. - Our clinical team also has addition of 2 new doctors. - We have now one more Diagnostic chain aligned with us who have 30 centers. - ABHA M1 Integration got completed. - Our Mobile App Development began. Actionable : - We have found out 2 more ways of solving the same problem and so we have are now working on thos 2 ways in order to decide which gives the best outcome for our task and which will be the most friendly when we scale it up for taking care of hundreds of thousands of scans every second. - We are now doing R&D on the AI Infra, have already connected with @Google for that and working with one of their Google Cloud Architects to get things done in the Google Cloud. Why now AWS or Azure is a separate story. - Our new solution will be up & running by the end of September. We are working on to solve for channel names, numbers and many more. This will be. a truly dynamic system taking care of everything. - On the GTM end, we continue expanding our portfolio of diagnostic centers and Hospitals. Till now already closed 110+ diagnostic and 7 Hospitals. - We just started taking fundraising calls this week(I have a call today), for the past 1 month I had put a halt to it and we really immersed ourselves in getting one thing right. With no Stripe in India. There is definitely an opportunity for the "Stripe for India" gap that needs to be filled. India is a land of developers and small startups who would benefit a lot from getting hassle-free international payments done on their platform. Just like Open AI, Perplexity, etc all of them use Stripe as a payment gateway for their subscription service. I was having trouble with Stripe as it has abandoned India. thanks to @aagarwal1012 for introducing me to @dodopayments will definitely be exploring their service next month.
