Tanzirul's tweets are like a virtual speed networking event where everyone's invited, but sometimes it feels like he's the only one in the room.

A significant win for Tanzirul would be the successful launch and recognition of his product, Replyhub, on platforms like Product Hunt.

To create a network of like-minded individuals and to collaborate on projects that are in development, with a focus on the process of building in public.

Tanzirul believes in the power of community and networking to foster growth and learning. He values transparency and sharing one's work to receive feedback and improve.

His strength lies in his proactive approach to networking and his ability to engage with his audience by encouraging them to share their own projects.

His weakness may be a lack of reach or visibility, as indicated by the relatively low view counts on his tweets compared to the effort he puts into engagement.

To grow his audience, Tanzirul should continue to engage with his community but also focus on creating compelling content that showcases the value of his products and encourages organic sharing and word-of-mouth promotion.

Despite having a relatively low follower count, Tanzirul is proactive in reaching out and engaging with others, indicating a strong desire to connect and collaborate.

Do you offer free plan for your Saas? 👇 Today, I made a significant change to replyhub.co by removing the free plan. This decision wasn't part of my original plan, but recent events highlighted the necessity of this adjustment. After sharing posts about Replyhub on Reddit and Indie Hackers, I experienced a massive influx of traffic. While it's great to see so much interest in my product, it also brought some unexpected challenges. Many new users signed up using the free plan, but a concerning number of them filled the platform with random text like “sssssss” and “bla bla bla”.🤣 This misuse was not what I anticipated. To address this issue, I immediately banned those users and decided to remove the free plan altogether. Now, new users need to start with a trial of one of the paid plans to continue using Replyhub. If the product works for them, they can then decide to subscribe. This approach ensures that I provide value to those who truly need and appreciate the product while filtering out those who don't. Here are a few reasons why this change is beneficial: 1. Quality Over Quantity: By requiring users to start with a trial of a paid plan, I can focus on providing top-notch support and resources to serious users who are genuinely interested in the product. 2. Preventing Misuse: Eliminating the free plan helps avoid the kind of misuse recently experienced, ensuring that the platform remains efficient and effective for all users. 3. Ensuring Sustainability: A sustainable business model is crucial for the continued development and improvement of Replyhub. Paid plans help cover operational costs and invest in new features that benefit users. This change aligns with my commitment to delivering value and maintaining the quality of the service. I believe that those who see the real benefit in Replyhub will appreciate the trial period and understand the value it brings to their business.
