yeni başladığımız bir mağazayı karlı hale getirmeye çalıştığımız bir evredeyiz. Bu yüzden AOV ve CVR’ı arttırmak için sürekli olarak yeni teklifler deniyoruz. \n\nSizinde kendi mağazalarınızda faydalı olacağını düşündüğüm birkaç şey paylaşayım.\n\nNiş bir mağazanız varsa (oyuncak, tekstil vb.) insanlar sitenize girdiğinde birden fazla şey alabilecekse ilk önceliğiniz AOV’yi (Ortlama Sipariş Değeri) arttırmak olmalı çünkü çok güçlü bir teklifiniz yoksa (1 alana 1 bedava gibi) CVR’nızın stabil şekilde ilerleyeceği bir seviye oluyor, bazısında stabil şekilde %1.5 bazısında %4’dür.\n\nÖnemli olan ise CVR’ı bu seviyede stabil tutarken AOV’yi arttırmak. \nCVR’nız %1.5 iken AOV’niz 50 dolar ise CVR yine %1.5 iken AOV’nizin 100 Dolar olduğunu düşünün ? \n\nBöyle bir senaryoda doğru matematiği yapıyorsanız karlı olmamanız çok zor.\n\nBu post’da gördüğünüz iki ekran görselinin arasında bir gün var. \n\nCVR ortalama olarak aynı fakat AOV sitede değiştirdiğimiz ufak bir tekliften sonra %39 arttı. \n\nBir sipariş başına düşen ürün sayısı dün 1.1 iken bugün 1.6 oldu. Fakat genel olarak tüm harcamalarımız dün ile aynı seviyede, bu ne demek oluyor düne göre daha karlıyız.\n\nPeki bunu ne sağladı ? Sitede AOV’yi arttırmak için yaptığımız ufak bir teklif değişikliği sağladı. \n\nÖrnek olarak denediğimiz tekliflerden bir tanesi: 50 dolar harcama üstüne %10 / 100 dolar harcama üstüne %20 / 200 dolar harcama üstüne %30 indirim sağlıyorduk. \nAOV arttı fakat istediğimiz karlılıkta olmadı o yüzden sürekli yeni teklifler deneyerek en doğrusunu bulmaya çalışıyoruz. \n\nBu süreçte çok fazla şey yeni başladığımız bir mağazayı karlı hale getirmeye çalıştığımız bir evredeyiz. Bu yüzden AOV ve CVR’ı arttırmak için sürekli olarak yeni teklifler deniyoruz. \n\nSizinde kendi mağazalarınızda faydalı olacağını düşündüğüm birkaç şey paylaşayım.\n\nNiş bir mağazanız varsa (oyuncak, tekstil vb.) insanlar sitenize girdiğinde birden fazla şey alabilecekse ilk önceliğiniz AOV’yi (Ortlama Sipariş Değeri) arttırmak olmalı çünkü çok güçlü bir teklifiniz yoksa (1 alana 1 bedava gibi) CVR’nızın stabil şekilde ilerleyeceği bir seviye oluyor, bazısında stabil şekilde %1.5 bazısında %4’dür.\n\nÖnemli olan ise CVR’ı bu seviyede stabil tutarken AOV’yi arttırmak. \nCVR’nız %1.5 iken AOV’niz 50 dolar ise CVR yine %1.5 iken AOV’nizin 100 Dolar olduğunu düşünün ? \n\nBöyle bir senaryoda doğru matematiği yapıyorsanız karlı olmamanız çok zor.\n\nBu post’da gördüğünüz iki ekran görselinin arasında bir gün var. \n\nCVR ortalama olarak aynı fakat AOV sitede değiştirdiğimiz ufak bir tekliften sonra %39 arttı. \n\nBir sipariş başına düşen ürün sayısı dün 1.1 iken bugün 1.6 oldu. Fakat genel olarak tüm harcamalarımız dün ile aynı seviyede, bu ne demek oluyor düne göre daha karlıyız.\n\nPeki bunu ne sağladı ?
