The internal demo I saw yesterday of our latest AI Recruiter, Suzy, blew my mind. We are now at a point where we can deliver over 80% of the workflow of a human recruiter at equal or greater consistency and precision. I expect Suzy will be better than a human in 3-6 months.

What jobs will AI never replace?

What is the largest surface area for PRODUCTIVE AI use by consumers that actually is a net positive for them, society, and the economy? I think skills based education and job matching is probably up there...and would stay with the user in perpetuity as a career coach.
