Very few people outside of @Replit feel the magic In my 3 months, I narrow it to: high agency, highly autonomous team with an insane ship rate Minimal bureaucracy, many past founders Lastly phenomenal leaders like @amasad, @pirroh who balance vision & details

Few understand this: @Replit is led by incredibly humble leaders. Both @amasad and @pirroh. I discovered an @x post talking about how Replit's pitch decks are great. 1 comment, 5 likes (until I added mine). The only comment on this kind and modest post was Amjad himself. The CEO and founder of Replit. He is in the trenches, talking to users, and hearing their stories At @WebSummit this past week, even tho he was a key note speaker, Michele, Replit's President was working the booth talking to customers, and even applying stickers to give-aways tote bags. These leaders are amazingly inspirational to work for. Neither of them have the "time" to do this, but they prioritize it, even when they have a million things on their plate. They care about everyone who uses Replit. No matter the amount of success we're having, they is still focused on hearing from everyone from large enterprises, even down to the "smallest" users on the platform
