listing to my thoughts. feeling my my feels. do sports, weightlifting, anything that ups your dominance. i quit booze to enhance pain(no way out) i started sleeping right (need to be fresh to take more pain) i started sports bc i realised testo up helped me (more strenght thru domianmce to endure pain) i started eating right to produce more testo naturally hacked sleep, sports, nutrition, quitting the vice that i could, prayed every day, visited G-Ds house often. spent days where she lies. mostly zoned out. (so i know what it feels to zone out). my mind wandered the universe. i read things “i knew i had to read”. never would have chosen these books otherwise. i found the answers by knowing them when i heard them the first time. echoing in eternal wisdom. at some point i could besser “hear” what my knowing “showed” me. its difficult to describe. youndont see it. you dont hear it. you just know it. if you see,hear,smell,touch it, then its part of the dream, your cognitive mind plays tricks on you, it imagines, hallucinates. as ive said i knew if i go down this rabbit hole im done. need to stay where the pain is. there is truth. my ego broke then. couldn’t take the pain. i remained.
