It took longer to watch the sales video than it did to read the pdf. The members area/download page looked like an 8th grader made it for a class project. Didn't matter. Why? Because it actually solved their problem. And it was a BIG fucking problem. One that ate away at them every day they scrolled their socials, seeing others enjoy things they couldn't because of this problem. Only after we started seeing traction did we get the pdf rewritten (and eventually turned into a physical book), and redesign the post-purchase customer experience to a higher level of polish. I have no idea who the person in the screenshot is or their business practices, but at high volume especially with recurring and traffic fluctuations, its very hard to stay under 1% and most of it is from the scam that is "friendly fraud" The payments industry is a fucking black box scam, run by criminals, designed to fuck anyone who desires the privilege of accepting payments online.
