I turned 30 last month.
Got me thinking - what do I want for the next phase of my life?
Yes, I’m already building @recheck_app since a couple of months.
But it’s easy to get lost in the day to day work of building a startup.
I needed a master plan. A goal to work towards.
Well, I'm going to spend the next decade of my life on @Shopify building a portfolio of apps.
I get asked often by new(er) app devs whether it's worth building on Shopify.
Having been in the Shopify ecosystem for 7+ years, I can confidently say the opportunity for app devs is still as big as it ever has been.
And because I'm so sure of this, I'm committing the next 10 years to building apps.
But, you can't code, I hear you say.
You're right. 👆 is the extent of my skills.
So it was important for me to find a partner on this journey.
And well, I'm so happy to announce that I'm joining up with @ayysoni to make this master plan a reality.
(Well, I guess I am getting married in one way 😂)
I met Ayush for the first time at the @foxsell event hosted by @adhithya_vijai and @PrakharS96 in Feb.
And since then he has just blown me away with how talented he is at just 19 years old.
When I was 19, I was busy playing AOE and DOTA in college.
Meanwhile this fucker has built and sold multiple apps already!
He's a prodigy in every sense of the word!
Can't wait to start sharing more of what we are building in coming days.

months.\n\nBut it’s easy to get lost in the day to day work of building a startup.\n\nI needed a master plan. A goal to work towards.\n\nWell, I'm going to spend the next decade of my life on @Shopify building a portfolio of apps.\n\nI get asked often by new(er) app devs whether it's worth building on Shopify.\n\nHaving been in the Shopify ecosystem for 7+ years, I can confidently say the opportunity for app devs is still as big as it ever has been.\n\nAnd because I'm so sure of this, I'm committing the next 10 years to building apps.\n\nBut, you can't code, I hear you say.\n\nYou're right. 👆 is the extent of my skills.\n\nSo it was important for me to find a partner on this A goal to work towards.\n\nWell, I'm going to spend the next decade of my life on @Shopify building a portfolio of apps.\n\nI get asked often by new(er) app devs whether it's worth building on Shopify.\n\nHaving been in the Shopify ecosystem for 7+ years, I can confidently say the opportunity for app devs is still as big as it ever has been.\n\nAnd because I'm so sure of this, I'm committing the next 10 years to building apps.\n\nBut, you can't code, I hear you say.\n\nYou're right. 👆 is the extent of my skills.\n\nSo it was important for me to find a partner on this
