If someone is the backbone of your business, treat them like it. Always. Money comes and goes, but loyalty, work ethic, and good people are rare. Invest in those who invest in you. They'll tell you they only work 1 hour a day. They’ll show you a flashy landing page full of testimonials. They’ll promise $10K/month in 60 days if you just “follow the script.” But here’s what they won’t tell you: - They've been stuck at the same revenue since 2021 - They've made more from selling courses than actually cleaning - Their “coaching” has no tracking, no data, and no skin in the game - Their site legally says their not responsible for your results - They talk about scaling, but never did it themselves If you’re serious about building a real cleaning business: 1) Talk to people doing $50K, $80K, $100K/month 2) Ask messy, uncomfortable questions 3) Take action daily 4) Repeat what works That’s how I scaled. Just finished a post remodel clean for Five Guys at 3:00am… I had to clean. This job was quoted at $2k. $800 in labor. $200 for auto scrubber rental. Total profit was around $950. The lead came in from SEO💪🏻 We had 4 people on the job. I cleaned the entire time too. I was getting flashbacks from when I used to clean when I first started my business. I’m not complaining about having to clean either. I’m typing this at 3:00am and I honestly feel so good, mentally and physically.

Just checked my business credit card rewards and I have $3,400 I can use toward flights, hotels, or whatever travel I want. All from paying bills I already had to pay anyway. If you’re running a business and not using a business credit card (and paying it off in full each month), you’re leaving thousands on the table. You’re spending the money either way. Why not let it work for you? Use it for ads, supplies, subscriptions, etc. Rack up the points. Then pay it off. Do that consistently and you’ll be booking free trips, upgrades, and cash back like clockwork.

I just booked a deep clean and they have BED BUGS… I received a call this morning from a woman calling on behalf of her mother who lives in our area. She informed me that she needs a deep clean and that she also has bed bugs. She needs it to be cleaned that way they can get it treated. I told her i’d have to crunch some numbers and get back to her. You might be thinking, why the HELL would you service a home with bed bugs? Well… someone will end up doing it and they will see a pretty penny. We booked her 1000 sqft home for $5k. And yes… we are disposing of everything after the clean and will have the proper PPE.

Just closed an apartment complex at $1400 per week. We will be taking care of their common areas, hallways, etc. Not only that, whenever they have tenants move out we will get paid to clean the units
