Have you not seen some angry people even in churches who question the authenticity of other people's testimonies? That's what I am talking about, some people wish you evil although they will be the very first people to clap and shout each time you testify to God's faithfulness and reliability. Dealing with these insidious fellows is a very onerous task. That's why it is wise for you to try to prevent the problem by nipping the same in the bud. You can successfully do so by keeping sealed lips about your progress in this world. If you must give testimonies, there is no need for you to give them in specifics. You can ask people to thank God for you for the many or uncountable good things He's doing for you in the area of your health, emotions, finances, your children, and so on. Never you go into details. That's where the rub often lies. Armed robbers and negative people have been known to hide in churches too. After all, Jesus believes in what He calls "the mixed multitude", which is the church in modern times. Anybody is allowed an unfettered access to the church. Don't be surprised to hear or see that some of these people follow you to church as a way of monitoring your progress. Some testifiers have been attacked after sharing some of these mouth-watering and mind-boggling testimonies in church. Wisdom is always the principal thing.

So, you go about dining with your enemies without knowing. In a sense, it is only your parents who are genuinely happy with you when things are working for you. Sometimes, some parents are angry when their own children are doing well. Don't ask me. Ask those witches and wizards who live in your neighbourhood. Many other people pretend to be happy, but deep inside of them, they are angry that things are sailing smoothly for you. You must be very careful how you open up to people about your developmental plans and progress. They are not teachers. Teachers are the only people, other than your parents and siblings, who are permitted to inquire about your progress in this whole wide world.
