I don’t see how this “clears” MJ of having p*do-published-and-recommended CSE materials. What, MJ essentially stole books from at least one library in order to dilute that CSE materials collection which (as the Stans know) weren’t in his “library”. They were in his bedroom.

Utterly irrelevant. Autopsy observation non sequitur doesn’t dismiss the irrefutable fact that MJ’s Pellicano-delivered offer of $350,000 suddenly became $20 million within the space of a simple search warrant of MJ’s person based on a child’s depiction of his genitals.

A couple things from this—whatever thing it is you’ve screenshot: 1. No criminal defendant can choose whether or not they face trial. That’s ludicrous. 2. Nobody forced MJ to settle, the search warrant photos convinced his legal team he would LOSE in trial; so, pushed settlement.

What bothers me most from my years of both prosecuting those perpetrating crimes against women and children; then, defending those victims during cases, is the vehement defense of both domestic violence and CSA perpetrators by people with no connection to them, or the case.
