I rarely do this, but would you please pray for my wife and son? Amanda has been in early labor for 6 days now. We have made multiple trips to the OB triage thinking we were about to have our son, yet her labor just hasn't progressed. She's only 37.5 weeks, so elective induction isn't an option. She is at the end of her rope and each time we think that, there just happens to be a little more rope for her to get to the end of. It's been a painful, emotional rollercoaster for her. Please pray for strength and endurance for her.

Haven't benched in 6(?) weeks. Life has completely kicked me down for a while. But this feels good. Some light, paused, close grip bench.

Back when my account was growing quickly, I focused almost strictly on fitness. It was great for growth on the platform and I even made some money through coaching/selling programs. But as time went on, I got bored (as I seemingly always do), and started yapping about whatever I wanted. Now I'm in a niche of faith, fatherhood, Tolkien, fitness, and whatever else crosses my mind. It's horrible for growth or monetizing. Maybe at one point I'll open things up again, but nowadays it's just a stream of random consciousness. Thanks for being here 👌
