Today was the iPhone moment for STRC. + it traded most of the day at or above par + closed the day at $100.01 (above par!) + record volume of 1.77M shares traded (~$177M volume) + if they ATM-ed 5% of the volume, they raised $8.85M today + if they ATM-ed 10% of the volume, they raised $17.7M today + if they ATM-ed 20% of the volume, they raised $35.4M today So the STRC ATM led to a Bitcoin purchase of 87 to 350 BTC today. Which would mean 435 to 1,750 BTC per week at this rate. We have arrived. This is the iPhone moment. And we are all not bullish enough what this means for Bitcoin and the Bitcoin Treasury Company industry.

Incredible that people were bullish at 5x mNAV and were buying. Yet the same people are selling at 1x mNAV. Prominent people in the space are giving up every day. Now even doubting Bitcoin itself. I am not. I am also not interested in babysitting you. Either you have conviction or you don‘t. Just remember to be greedy when people are fearful, and fearful when people are greedy. Humans are emotional animals. Remember this.

My Metaplanet thesis is simple. Do I believe in Bitcoin? Yes. Do I believe in Strategy? Yes. Given those two assumptions, Metaplanet has to do well, and outperform both BTC and Strategy. Why? They are much smaller. They can comfortably 10x their Bitcoin stack in the next few years. Strategy can‘t. The Japanese market is the most attractive market for a Bitcoin Treasury company in the world. High savings. Tax benefits. Low bond yields. The Metaplanet team is easily the second best team in the world, after Strategy. In some respects even the best. They will very likely launch preferred shares in the next 3-6 months. $900M+ worth of them. They will likely uplist to Nasdaq or NYSE in the next 12-18 months. They will likely complete their 555 ATM program in the next 3-4 months, and then launch a plan with 2x the size (1,111 plan). I rode Strategy from $15 in early 2023 to $300-$450. And now it‘s time to ride Metaplanet from $4 to $100 and beyond. I still love Strategy, and I will likely purchase my shares back at one point. But for the time being I had to run my MSTR ATM to zero. My Big 3 Treasuries Right now, these are my highest conviction bets, with the best risk vs. reward. I call them my Big 3: 🇺🇸 Strategy 🇯🇵 Metaplanet 🇬🇧 Smarter Web These are the bets I am most comfortable in for the long term. I also see them as „bear proof“. All my other bets are more speculative, and currently have the goal to increase my Big 3. Over time, the Big 3 will expand into the ₿7. Enterprising investors will be able to outperform them by going further out the risk curve. But 99% of people will be best served to just focus on the Big 3 or ultimately the ₿7. That‘s how I see it.

Why did I rotate a portion $MSTR into $MTPLF? I love $MSTR more than anything and am forever grateful to the ride since January 2023 when I added aggressively. But $MTPLF is a baby MSTR about 17x smaller: - 14 months of track record - 10/10 management team - 10/10 aggression - 10/10 geography - fastest growing among companies with >10,000 BTC - 39 Bitcoin purchases - 11 days between purchases - average of 317 BTC per purchase - will soon launch preferred stocks in yield-starved Japan My thesis is simple. They will become as big as $MSTR is today. And they will achieve it incredibly high growth rates. To be able to achieve the same performance with $MSTR, you'd need to use levered ETFs or call options. $MTPLF offers the same performance, but with spot shares. Think of spot shares as perpetual free call options without decay. That's why of my combined allocation I currently hold 55% $MTPLF and 45% $MSTR. It's one of the best setups I have ever seen. Which is why I might go even harder.
