Narayani tweets so much recruitment wisdom, she’s probably single-handedly keeping X’s server warm with all those 26,000+ posts. At this rate, she could probably recruit an army—if only the army wasn’t busy trying to negotiate a 30LPA starting salary while ghosting her DMs.
She cracked open real conversations on workplace realities with massive tweet impressions, like her viral observation on high earners living paycheck to paycheck, demonstrating her powerful ability to blend HR expertise with social commentary that truly resonates.
To bridge the gap between talented professionals and visionary organizations by fostering meaningful hiring connections and sharpening leadership capabilities, ultimately building thriving workplaces that balance growth with human values.
Narayani values transparency, realistic expectations, and the importance of adaptive leadership in a rapidly evolving job market. She believes in practical honesty about financial habits, career worth, and the dynamics of workplace culture while encouraging growth through coaching and open communication.
Her strengths lie in her ability to connect deeply with both candidates and employers, navigating complex hiring scenarios with empathy and practical wisdom. She is an effective communicator who leverages humor and real-world insights to engage a wide audience, fostering discussions on relevant HR topics.
Her direct and sometimes blunt style, especially around delicate topics like salary expectations and job offers, can sometimes polarize audiences and may alienate those less open to criticism or introspection.
To grow her audience on X, Narayani should amplify interactive content like polls or Q&A threads about leadership and recruitment challenges, as well as share short success stories or client testimonials. Engaging live discussions or Twitter Spaces could also position her as an accessible thought leader and community builder.
Fun fact: Despite her heavy involvement in recruitment, Narayani isn’t just about cold CVs—she actively challenges influencer-driven unrealistic expectations and openly discusses the real struggles of high-earners living paycheck to paycheck.

Once upon a time, freshers were hired for potential. Firms would train them, invest in them, and in return, earned loyalty. Today they are busy building resumes packed with internships, clone projects, and buzzwords. And they forgot to build their confidence and fundamentals. Today, even junior roles come with a laundry list of must-haves. The result? Brilliant young people, willing to learn, are shut out before they’ve even begun. Hiring for experience is easy. Hiring for potential takes courage. #techtwitter
32 years. That’s how long it’s been since life handed me a role I didn’t see coming. I was just a teenager. Confused, clueless, and caught off guard, when a tiny bundle entered my life. A little one I didn’t give birth to, but who landed right into my lap, this very day, 32 years ago. I didn’t know what to feel. I wasn’t ready. But somehow, my heart was. Because the moment I held him, something shifted. I knew, without a doubt that this little one would be mine, forever. Not biologically. But in every way that truly matters. I turned 18 and also turned into a sister. My parents had a child at that age. Relatives laughed, friends were confused, I was… lost. But life didn’t wait for me to figure things out. It just happened. And so, I did what life asked of me. I watched over him when he was sick, carried him when he cried, played with him when he smiled. Slowly, silently, something grew in me that words couldn’t explain. When our parents moved to Chennai, and I stayed back in Bangalore for work. I missed the little fellow. I made trips to and from Bangalore to Chennai every other weekend, with goodies just to see the little one smile and that made me happy. And every time I left, I cried. Quietly. Years passed. He grew older. I did too. Together, we watched our parents fall terribly ill and leave us forever. This was a hard phase. We held each other through it. Just the two of us. Holding the pieces of what was once a whole family. I’ve never felt rivalry. Only responsibility. Only love. I was a parent before I became one. And that bond, that feeling, it’s indescribable... unshakable. He is, truly, the best gift my parents gave me. Happy birthday, my dearest brother. You’ve been my child, my friend, my family and forever will be. @sankar2704

60 Java Back-End interviews and not a single candidate has moved to Level 2. All of them 'failed' DSA round. 5+ years of experience. It has been a tiring week so far and stressful for our team of recruiters. Problem solving, Data Structures - it's all getting too tough to handle huh! #hiringwoes
