My personal assistant VA who lives in the Philippines has never been on an airplane and once told me that it was her dream to ride on one. So instead of a boring Christmas bonus I booked her and her whole family plane tickets to Manila (she lives in Davao City) Also booked her this badass high rise on Airbnb. Cant wait to see pics of her & her family having a blast. She does so much for me!

Just called a septic company that has clearly been rolled up. “Press 1 for septic & plumbing, 2 for roofing, 3 for heating & air” 🙄 I ask to get a quote for a new septic system. She tells me the install manager is out of town and won’t be back until late next week. Okay….? Man, I wonder why PE is in a bubble, you guys fucking suck and depend on ONE install manager to send out quotes. It’s actually pathetic.

My dad was so poor in this photo that he would feed me chocolate water and tell me it was chocolate milk because he couldn’t afford milk. One day, his truck & trailer house was repo’d the same exact day. He admitted he contemplated suicide but that I saved his life. I will forever be grateful he didn’t give up on life and ended up becoming a badass salesman. Grit is in my blood.

Pinning my life story in a short summary to my page: 1. Both of my parents are from small farm towns. My mom is from Missouri, my dad is from western Oklahoma. My parents had me in college. They were never together. My mom moved to Missouri when I was 2 and my dad stayed in Oklahoma. Both of my parents were dirt poor. I grew up with my mom all of my life in Kansas City, MO. I lived with my dad for 4 short months in high school and decided to move back to KC. 2. My mom has always struggled financially, and still does. My dad ended up becoming a successful salesman when I was 12-13. I am blessed to have seen both sides of money. 3. In high school I was addicted to pain pills & sold and smoked a lot of weed. Like A LOT. I tried nearly every drug under the sun excluding the super hard stuff. I was handcuffed in the middle of the night and transported to a boys home when I was 17. I stayed there until the day I turned 18. 4. At 18 I moved to Oklahoma with my dad. He made me start from scratch. I was no longer drug dealer rich. I had to save up working at planet fitness to buy a phone, truck, & other necessities. I had terrible grades in high school and a 17 ACT score so college wasn’t an option. Instead, I tested into OSU institute of technology where I got my HVAC journeyman’s license and an associates degree in applied sciences. I still struggled in school landing on academic probation my first semester. My parents were pissed and didn’t want me home so I moved to California for a semester to work construction. I ended up getting my shit together and graduating. 5. From 20-21 I was a commercial HVAC tech for Lennox Int. It was the “good job” but I HATED working for someone else. I stumbled upon wholesaling real estate. I did my first ever wholesale deal and made a $2,500 assignment fee. I quit my job the very same week. (I do not recommend this) 6. I struggled my first couple deals out and nearly went broke several times. Then I met my business partner and we did an $80,000 wholesale deal together. We took that money and blew up in the Tulsa market. We first scaled to Tulsa & OKC. Then to nationwide. We did deals in 48 states. At 23 I sold my position in the company to my partner and we went different ways. He still owns the wholesale company today. I focused on buying and holding. 7. Through buying & holding I’ve become a millionaire by 25. I scaled really fast by using hard money & OPM. 8. My wife started an Airbnb management company in 2020 after seeing what I was profiting on my Airbnb investments. Today she manages our stuff and some pretty heavy hitters airbnbs in town. 8. Today I own a portfolio that consists of single family, multi family, MHPs, Airbnbs, land, and more to come this month. I also own an HVAC company that I plan to exit for 8 figures and a medical sales company. That’s it, that’s me.

Had a fellow business owner (junk removal) in Tulsa reach out to me for a complete HVAC system quote on his house. I personally took the time out of my day to send him a price instead of directing him to our website/phone number. He replies "🤦 no thanks" to the price. Gonna suck when he gets a random junk removal bid in a few weeks and I just message him "🤦 no thanks"
