A $50K blunder. Hard to believe. Right? Recently, we audited a brand that was crushing it with its hero product ad. It was pulling in $100K per month at a 5X ROAS. Exactly the kind of results every brand dreams about. Then they decided to “optimize” it. The result? • Their ad spend tanked. • Revenue decreased. • They burned $50K trying to recover. So, what went wrong? They made the same mistake many brands do: Trying to fix what wasn’t broken.
