If I was a freelancer or small agency just starting out. Scared of ads, didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but needed leads fast. This is what I’d do: 👇 1. Buy 3 domains close to your domain. ($30ish) If your main domain is fartdesigns dot com then get: - tryfartdesigns dot com - joinfartdesigns dot com - bestfartdesigns dot com 2. Get a google workspace account for the new domains. Add all of the domains to it and create 3 inboxes per domain. (Total: $63) 3. Setup DKIM, Dmarc, and SPF records on your new inboxes. (AI can walk you through this. It’s not hard) 4. Go sign up for a free trial at Smartlead or Instantly. I personally like Smartlead better but have used both. - connect your 9 inboxes and start warming them up. 3 weeks. ($34 - $39/mo after trial) 5. Go to Serper dot dev and sign up. (25000 leads for free) 6. Sign up for a Clay free trial. - create a new workbook. - Row 1: city, state - Row 2: Google Maps target market keyword. I.E. if you are a web designer that builds websites for landscapers put the equivalent Google maps keyword for landscapers. (you can google this keyword list) - Following rows. Google Maps Page 1. Google Maps Page 2, up to 5 in larger cities and 3 in smaller cities. Connect the Serper dot dev API key from the previous step to these rows. Have the rows write all of the data to a new table in your workbook titled “Google Maps Results” You can pull 25000 Google maps results for free with this setup and if you are really on a budget you can visit, cold call, manually go to website and get their email. But you can get up to 1200 free Clay credits on a trial so I don’t recommend that… 7. How to enrich the Google Maps results to get lead contact data, filter out unqualified leads, and personalize to your local market. (I’m tired of typing. If this post does well I’ll quote tweet it and write out the enrichment steps) Comment “Fart Design” for a follow up
