Ashley talks about fascia and lymph flow so much, you’d think her body is a vintage car that needs daily manual tuning—and probably demands more maintenance than most people’s relationships.

Ashley’s tweet about fascia movement amassed over 2.7 million views and 53,955 likes, proving that her deep dive into old-school wellness wisdom resonates on a massive scale.

To revive and preserve ancient healing arts and wisdom, helping others reclaim their health and vitality by restoring natural energy flows and awareness of the body's intrinsic healing mechanisms.

Ashley deeply believes in the power of natural remedies, the interconnectedness of body and spirit, and the importance of individuality over conformity. She values independence, holistic health, and the wisdom carried in traditions that honor the earth and the body's energy systems.

Her strength lies in detailed, high-value content that educates and empowers her followers, combined with a genuine and authentic voice that brings ancient healing methods to life with clarity and passion.

Her highly specialized and dense content might overwhelm casual followers or those new to her niche, potentially limiting viral reach outside her core audience.

To grow her audience on X, Ashley should consider blending her detailed healing wisdom with more relatable stories or visual content like short videos demonstrating exercises or rituals, making her rich knowledge more accessible and shareable for a broader audience. Harnessing popular wellness hashtags and engaging conversational threads can also boost visibility.

Ashley tweets an impressive 13,720 times, passionately sharing detailed insights into fascia, lymphatic health, and traditional healing techniques, and she is fiercely anti hive-mind, championing independent thought and practice.

Herbalists like to talk about really fancy herbs sometimes (and I do too because I am one) but in truth these are the herbs I’ve seen help to heal the most people (and my favorite herbs, are often the very common herbs) Here are my own favorite group (the ones I have used most this year) because of their efficacy and versatility throughout time and health : Raw Chopped Garlic (and it’s not even close) Ginger (the Swiss Army knife of herbs (jack of all trades, a master at none) Berberine (strong herb, great for cooling, microbials, liver + blood sugar) Cinnamon (blood sugar support and huge healer to weak kidneys and a cold system. Magical to some, too hot and drying for others) Fresh Oregano (essential oils are amazing too but there is a magic in the full fresh herb of this plant - fresh oregano is beautifully balanced) The Mints (peppermint for a thousand things: digestion and cooling. Spearmint to flush excessive androgens in hormonal imbalances like PCOS) Rosemary (powerhouse healer, even fresh in baths) Fresh Thyme (on sautéed mushroom, onions, chicken thigh and Quinoa) - thyme has many uses but my favorite is for infection and especially for lung issues and staph. Basil (same as rosemary though I find more gentle but just by a little) Seaweed, especially mixtures (again, love them in soaking baths) Pomegranate Peel (drying and gently warming on digestion) Dandelion + Burdock (most don’t know that roots of plants have different medicinal effects the older the root stays in ground. The best place I’ve seen this is on Ginseng) Dill (dill + clove water tea are pure medicine. Also just dill alone as daily garnish - sedative (mildly), digestive aid of almost everything, gently anti microbial. Relaxes gut, stops gases etc. It’s so strong so don’t go fast with it. It can cause die offs. Clove water tea Cilantro Juiced Parsley (blood cleansing and cooling, great source of vitamin C) Juiced Chive (strongly detoxifying + draining, Use caution with mold and toxicity) Fresh Turmeric Root, 1 shot juiced (eons diff than powdered turmeric or curcumin, which is great for pain. The fresh juice is great for heart and blood / flow and energy) Milky Oats + Lemon Balm as a pair (nervous system burnout + exhaustion) Milk Thistle (everyday for liver) Nettle Fennel Seed (kindle the gut slowly and gently) White Willow Bark (Natures aspirin origin) Balm of Gilead (a now almost forgotten biblical cure all) Wild Roses (liver and heart supportive) Organic Egyptian Rose Petals (liver support) Citrus peels: tangerine, lemon, orange and grapefruit — draining and cleansing of Qi especially in liver AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST : Chamomile because it’s such an enduring human ally of the stomach and spirit. I use it personally as a flush for prostaglandins More specialized favorites: Calendula for gut lining Chrysanthemum for cooling the body down St. John’s Wort (do not take if on anti depressants and especially SSRIs, St. John’s Wort is what the light of the sun would feel like embodied inside a flower that bears its color) Meadowsweet (gentle cooler and anti inflammatory) California Poppy + Hops + Passionflower = sleep sleep sleep (a good hot steep tea brew is best form of this medicine) Bai Shao (White Peony Root) - calms and harmonizes the liver Old Ginseng Roots Eleuthero Root Shilajit (please only EVER use extremely well sourced, misted onto body as a spray Carrots (carrots were a medicine before they were a food) Prepared Rehmannia (kidney “food”) Hawthorn Berry extract in honey (heart tonic, never pair with heart meds) Wild Orange Blossoms (the most beautiful, gentle sedative, also a great hair conditioner. Gently calming to everything it touches, soothing to spirit) Rose Water (drink to cool and bless your body + field) This is by no means an exhaustive list but herbalism can get so confusing and people don’t usually need the exhaustive lists. Pick a few (3) that call out to you and really get to know them. I’ll do another round soon.

Breathwork Chart for basic body regulation : Left nostril only breathing = Tonify the Yin and cooling to system / feminine + calming / anti inflammatory Right nostril only breathing = Tonify the Yang / warming / Interaction with your masculine + activating energy Fast nasal inhalation and exhalation while stomach is pumped / pulsed about 3-4 fingers below bottom of middle-sternum = Burst through physical + energetic blockages / increases internal fire and the circulation / visualize the breath bursting through blockages Breath holds after an exhale until air hunger requires breath = increase in c02 tolerance = Better oxygenation of cell / Deepens cellular respiration / Strengthens Qi absorption and mental steadiness. Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) = Balance Yin + Yang / Harmonize left + right channels / Restore the internal rhythm of the body / Reset your nervous system / Enter a state of coherence Slow, smooth, deep abdominal breathing = Anchoring your Qi / Activating a parasympathetic state / Nourishes your Jing and calms your Shen (spirit) / Strengthens Spleen + Kidney Qi (energy) Reverse breathing (abdomen contracts on inhale, expands on exhale) = Condenses and circulates your Qi / Builds your inner fire / Strengthens your core energy Nose Inhale, mouth exhale = Expel heat and stagnant Qi / Draws in fresh life force / Clears away emotional residue / Useful for cooling after internal heat practice(s) Breathing into the Lower Dantian = slow gathering of your essence / Roots the spirit into the body / Cultivates stability and presence / Strengthens foundation of your Jing + vitality Exhaling through pursed lips = Releases pressure / Regulates heart fire / Calms the nervous system / Extend the exhalation to activate vagal tone / lowers cortisol (exhale like it’s a small straw) Gentle breath retention after inhale = Allows the Qi to permeate your tissues / Deepens oxygenation / Builds focus and stillness / Gathers and seals Qi (energy) into your body Rapid nasal breath + arm movement (Qi Gong bellows) = Disperses stagnation / Awaken Wei Qi (immune system + body defenses) / Mobilizes your vitality / Flushes + opens your meridians and activate the musculature Silent breathing through the nose only = Enter a meditative state / Align with lunar breath (yin) / Restore subtle Yin harmony (cooling, passive, anti-inflammatory) to body / Deepens the stillness and quality of your Shen (spirit)

I have seen soooooo many articles and posts on here to detox the Vaxxxx. Even Peter McCulloughs very popular protocol, a man who I truly respect, is very minimal. His likely has evidence behind his few. Sadly, nothing will truly detox anything if your lymph system is backed up. You have to understand how the body detoxes + what mechanisms will stop it. Must open up movement + flow. You can perhaps pull it from a cell with this thing, or dissolve over here with that thing, but it needs to be able to leave the system until it’s not in the system. If you need or want to flush it, flush out your lymph + open detoxification pathways. Truly flushing the lymph takes months to years and not days to weeks. It takes at least seasons and in today’s world, it’s likely several years of daily focus. If it were me, I would do the following : Early sleeps, early rise. First light in AM with hot lemon water. The lemon or other citrus fruits help to not only hydrate a lymphatic system (the waters of our body) that is backed up, but it gently astringes the tissue. If you cannot handle citrus fruits for any reason, I would do pomegranate and watermelon regularly instead. I would do several lymphatic flushes a day with either full exercise, or on a small rebounder in which I’d first open the lymphatic drains of the body, before I drained everything into them. Many do this with following stuff like the Big 6 by Stop Chasing Pain, or other similar ones like the big 7. YouTube them or search my page for lymph. I would prioritize a full body dry brushing session 2x/day following those hot waters with citrus. I would also eat fruit such as berries + melons. They are HIGHLY hydrating and the most detoxifying foods on planet for how they move lymph. I would prioritize mastering my breath to be diaphragmatically centered (& 360° expansive) to maximize the movement of lymph. I would prioritize detox baths or saunas several times a week and be in them warm enough to sweat for about 40 minutes + (***Note, I would never take a sauna or bath that I begin to not recover from energetically within an hour or two. Don’t overdo it or deplete yourself. I would prioritize humming, being outside on ground barefoot, in the highest level of oxygenated air which feeds our mitochondria, under the most natural light - as bare skinned as possible, as much as possible in the warm seasons. These nourish our every cell, detoxify us, soothe inflammation, move stagnation + antioxidize. I would also cut out phlegm damp and mucus causing foods as they take down the gut and I’d know I need a healthy gut to heal and keep my digestive fire strong + vital. I’d kindle my digestion before I ate my meals with natural digestive aids such as ginger, peppermint or fennel, before most meals. I’d take several shots a week of fresh juiced, raw ginger and or freshly juiced/alive turmeric root and aloe. My best friend supplements (as I worked consciously and daily for about 4 seasons on hydrating and moving the lymph) would be : ALA / R Lipoic Acid NAC Reduced Glutathione at 400 Dosing the sunlight for D Vit Selenium/E/Zinc/C Magnesium DAILY hot steeped milk thistle tea with fresh orange peel or grapefruit peel in it, and fresh rose petals. If my BP wasn’t too low, I might throw in more detoxifiers into the tea such as dandelion or burdock or even poria mushroom (fu ling) in tcm to make sure my body was flushing out everything. I would spend my time in evening under the last of the sunset in the miraculous tool that is Qi gong movement, or in a yoga flow. If you are such an individual and don’t know if your lymph is filtering, pee into a mason jar. If it’s completely clear with no sedimentation, you are not currently filtering. If you want to know if your lymph is backed up, feel your body naked. The worst case scenarios have banding, fibrotic issues, puffy pits, puffy faces, puffy legs, puffy necks, brain fog, fatigue that never lifts, etc. Happy Self Care x

2025. Many are having their Dark Night of the Soul right now. If you too are experiencing this, and the subsequent sadness + loneliness, embrace that you woke up. Know that it passes, that there are other colors coming. Pair it with moonlight. Wander and walk. Ponder to ambient music. Imagine starscapes and the Aurora. Put your feet up a wall as you dose yourself w/ heavy jazz + remembrance. Smoke a cinnamon stick. Be nostalgic. Forage a path that has nature in it. Take a sauna. Make a painting at 1 am, Write a novel that’s all tongue in cheek. Know with each day, it passes. Take long sighs and make the homemade foods you deserve. Pair with 30 minute Autumnal walks (make ‘em a brisk pace), and an evening bath. Pair with letters to your future and past on your best paper. Wear your nicest things. Make a pact on it all. Sign it under the sun with your best signature kiss. Then, like a bookend : two times a week, at least. Let it go. Just let it all go. {Ten minutes here, 20 there. Let it go. Just let it all go} // On a more serious note: Every patient I’ve seen for the last year is having a Dark Night of the Soul in some way. If you’re also having, You’re changing, It’s alright to wake up. The term dark night of the soul implies the soul is involved. Your soul is your best friend coming to terms. Give it a home. It needs time, rest, acknowledgement (and guidance) to integrate. It’s ok to be disappointed. In things. In ideas. In places + times + people. You are not alone in the pondering. Bring it to nature, bring it to what you believe in. Offer it up. Say words out loud. Be gentle, be open, finally be without labels. Meet yourself as you are. Forgive it as much as you can and do not resist it, Boundaries where needed. Believe in the process. Your soul is here (attuning) and, You’ve totally got this.

{ON THE LYMPH} : I was too cool for school to make a NY resolution for 15 years. Decided this year I wanted to make one. There is no more worthy a resolution in my opinion as making a daily commitment to the LYMPH SYSTEM. Nothing works when the Lymph isn’t flowing. Not energy, not the liver, not the gut, not the mitochondria, not the cell. Infections cannot resolve (whatsoever). Degradation occurs and eats into the nervous system, tissue, fascia and bone *think arthritis*. The body will stop being electrical and conductive. If the lymph is down you will not even have a working immune system. Please join me this year, all year, in this resolution and by the end of the year you will have a free flowing lymph system. I have made many, many lymphatic posts on here that are very in depth and may be searched, but try to do the following as often as you can Dry brushing the entire body daily (never in shower) The Big 6 points *(“by stop chasing pain” — search my page for lymph or search their pages out here or IG or on YT) which opens up your main drainage lymph node points Diaphragmatic (or lower) smooth contraction breathing Saunas + Baths (often if you handle, do not do this if you are already very depleted unless you find you recover easily) Nostril Breathing until it’s your daily habit Consuming more lemon, ginger, turmeric (root juiced), grapefruit in warm water, especially upon waking Walking more Rebounding (as often as you want) Bouncing gently on your heals Getting a body guasha tool or other body work tool that can breakup fascia and lymph Optimizing your detox pathways with things like NAC, ALA, Milk Thistle, Glutathione Cruciferous Veggies Consuming Lymph Moving herbs like Cleavers, Red Clover, Mullein Slow movement (and stretch exercises especially those that are held) such as a yin or restorative yoga or a slow flow where your breath is heavily involved Staying well hydrated *daily* — This is not just water, but electrolytically (Fruits are fabulous for true hydration) Let’s do this guys, 365 lymph. Resolutions are back in. IF you do this for 3 months this year and enjoy it, consider a lymphatic vibration plate or picking up a daily qi gong practice which are both phenomenal at moving lymph.

I’m so over the overused dead end diagnosis of Allopathic ADHD lately. If you have ADHD, the first place I want you to look is your trauma & coping mechanisms. What ways in your past did you survive something and if it saved you then is this way still serving you or is it no longer effective? What is asking to be felt and looked at now instead of the survival mechanism. Are you avoiding something? Running? Masking? Are you still just coping? What’s underneath? If this passage speaks to you get Gabor Mate’s book “scattered mind” I do not agree with him that all ADHD is trauma but they are intimately connected. This book will teach you about that mechanism and connection. After that, more sun and daily walks. Your body with ADHD is begging to be with nature. Move that lymph and water of the body. Be in connection with the ground. People with ADHD need ample (literal) grounding. On sunlight : If you can, experiment with if your body likes early morning light better (8 am) or mid day sun better. One is anti inflammatory sun and one is the inflammatory sun. See which your body likes (one heats, one cools in Eastern Medicine) — ADHD is a form of a nature deficit disorder. Get back into nature with feet on ground, natural light, walks. Do not self medicate to cope as it can worsen it in long term. There is an intimate tie between your dopamine and ADHD. Ban the blue light, lower your nnEMF, prioritize your circadian rhythm and natural full spectrum light. Your gut health is almost always a part of ADHD behavior ( in eastern medicine it’s looked at elementally — too much wind and not enough water and earth (grounding) to calm it. You lack yin and the energy just rises up from your lower body to your upper half, affecting the spirit (shen) of the heart. See this as a pot trying to cook and metabolize your food into nourishment and a great storm wind is blowing which has halfway blown your soup off the fire. Your gut is the pot. The wind makes it hard to combust and warm your soup (nourishment)) and blows off the lid — Look into eating more cleanly and more nourishing water and grounding foods) — don’t eat foods that set you off. Rhodiola Rosea is also a great herb for ADHD. Also, Rehmannia Root. Chrysanthemum flower tea. Vitamins / Mins to prioritize : Magnesium Brine soaks Zinc B6 B12 Omega 3s Parasympathetic breathing (alternate nostril breathing) — tutorials all over YouTube. Do this 3 times a day for 5 minutes. Get out of your head and into your body. Out of sympathetic response (fight/flight/freeze) and into Parasympathetic / yin / rest and grounded digestion. A stressful life should be modified + amended. Do not live a too busy - frenetic, chaotic and especially ungrounded life. ADHD is your body’s way of indicating the need to slow down and be with your body and rest, within nature (especially ground and light) L-tyrosine Avoid blood sugar spiking. Check for heavy metals, especially mercury and lead which can deeply disrupt dopamine. Make sure your liver is being supported : Castor packs on liver Glutathione Milk Thistle tea Chlorella Cilantro Humming and even screaming out your excess “yang” rising energy (this energy heats and rises and without the proper ground and nourishment, gets “windy” And can affect the spirit that is cared for and housed in the heart. You can sometimes let off this lid by yelling or humming - open, a few times a day. You have an “excess” energy and not enough of the other more nourishing energy, to hold it down into the body. Wind can come from a lack of yin, the literal wind, a clogged liver and a lack of nourishment where our body goes into a nutrient deficiency. Cut out processed foods. If you’d like a full Eastern Medicine breakdown of ADD/ADHD on a post soon, lmk. Hoping this is helpful x Eastern medicine perspectives of ADHD are touched on here but I’m happy to do a completely Eastern post. They are much more esoteric.

For about 12 years to become a healer in various traditions I went through much training with various elders from around the world. Through four lineages I was in almost constant meditation, prayer and ceremony and in homes or places that were rural and mostly completely silent in nature. This allowed constant silence and introspection as there was almost no noise and zero distractions. While in that level of quiet and in meditation, I had a few very clear messages come through in those years, that I trust with my entire life and being. These are those insights that repeatedly spoke to me in that time of over a decade, which encompasses my entire 30s : The first is that almost no one on the planet anymore understands how deeply one can go into themselves for answers. I remember some days when I was really in flow with a task by my teacher that I didn’t want to come out of meditation. The external world seemed less magical and more known and I had no idea how much we can crawl into the soul and spirit for inspiration, comfort and answers. It was at the time, infinitely more inspiring for me. I savored those years and learned that the more I went under and inward, the deeper it went. Many do not know that we are as vast and layered as the cosmos. Whatever God we conceive to be out there in the ‘real world’ is deeply within us and there are just as many universes within us as there are outside of us, all under the same creator and universal laws. Dig inward more often. Many are afraid to even turn around to look that way, so externally focused. Those places within us are no less real than those we see with our ‘real’ eyes. The Second thing I learned is that we are never alone. Whether we are out in nature, a forest, the seats of a theater or car, or in a corner of our quiet bedroom, we are only on one plane of a great and vast existence. We see a very tiny amount of what is there. Wherever you go there is presence. In religion one might call this God or God force, in Shamanism something else akin to God, or the Great Mystery or even a form of animism or helping spirits of the land. It is all spirit. Regardless, whatever one believes in, there is always a natural spirit force about you. Keep it clean, sacred and reverent. It is to be respected and not played with carelessly, but one can build a relationship with this natural spirit force within nature. There is much nuance in this and one must respect the natural laws around such things. Good can be deeply created when we interact lovingly and gently with this spirit force. And the last, the third thing that came through constantly over a decade, is we are, as a human kind and species, about to go through an incredibly uncomfortable period of great change and chaos across our planet, from politics to radical ideals to weather. So many on here are so well attuned to these basic facts, but many are not and I wanted to share this insight. This is the time to purify your bodies and spirits and spaces of clutter. It’s time to get healthy and even pure. It’s time to get very clear about what you believe in. It’s very important to constantly and chronically check in with yourself about who you really are, to gain stores of grounding and integrity, to know your values like the back of your hand, because people and culture and a changing landscape of society will try to shake them out of you. Keep these no matter what you experience, so we can pass what is being forgotten onward and into the generations that comes well after those now. I hope these three insights help(ed) you. 🫶🏻
