If over-tweeting were an Olympic sport, Dith would have won gold, silver, and bronze by now—he’s basically the tweet factory working overtime, giving his followers whiplash trying to keep up!

Successfully launching and sustaining Gigaverse for over six months with growing community support, all while managing multiple startups and investments in the highly competitive blockchain space.

To build innovative ecosystems at the intersection of gaming and blockchain, empowering players and supporters while pushing forward the adoption of onchain technologies. Dith’s mission is to create meaningful, sustainable digital communities and ventures that redefine interactive entertainment and finance.

He deeply values innovation, transparency, and community engagement. Dith believes that success is a cumulative effort driven by collaboration, forward-thinking, and embracing the challenges of building new industries. He also prioritizes family and balance, showcasing a grounded approach amidst high-impact entrepreneurship.

Dith’s strengths lie in his visionary leadership, authentic storytelling, and relentless drive that keeps his projects moving forward. His ability to connect deeply with both technical and non-technical audiences makes him a magnetic figure in the crypto and gaming spaces.

His rapid-fire tweeting (over 15,000 tweets) shows his passion but sometimes risks overwhelming his audience or diluting focus. Constant multitasking between ventures might lead to occasional burnout or fragmented messaging.

To grow his audience on X, Dith should leverage more structured threads that break down complex topics while maintaining his personable storytelling style. Engaging more directly with replies and featuring community-driven content can amplify loyalty and broaden reach.

Fun fact: Despite the crypto industry striving to be decentralized, Dith humorously highlights that 'the entire crypto industry runs on AWS,' revealing his knack for clever, timely commentary.

excited to share this news. some thoughts: (1) so far, we bootstrapped gigaverse to over $1M in annual revenue per employee, built up multiple yrs of runway, and an incredible community in the process. (2) for a team who loves being unserious (there's not even a roadmap??) we have serious ambitions: to start, we want to build the largest & most enjoyed crypto game. while we're in a very strong position having bootstrapped to date, achieving our top level goals requires strong partners / backers with the right know-how, networks, and conviction in consumer crypto applications through the cycles. (3) from our first convo it was clear that @web3brett & @NTmoney @ 1confirmation are the best partners we could have. they are true leads and it feels very fitting that we have ETH og's onboard. for anyone unfamiliar, 1confirmation are a $1bn+ first-cheque-in fund that also scales with startups as they grow -- eg they've been with Polymarket since the very beginning. we're also honored to be supported by so many friends across the ecosystem, incl dozens of crypto leaders, fellow founders and industry peers. together we stay close to the turpentine, and assimilate shared learnings so that our generation can go further & faster than those that came before us. (4) we see these last 6 months of gigaverse as "setting the stage" - building the core systems of the game & company so that we can accelerate from here. we want to welcome as many new players onboard here as possible, and yes in the context of our plans, it is incredibly early, still "the first phase". (5) there is no reason why gigaverse won't eventually be able to break out of the "bubble" of an onchain audience. but building great games takes time and its important to be laser focused on a clear customer persona (i.e. know who you are building for). for now and for a while, that persona is solely onchain natives, but there will be a concerted effort at some point in the future at onboarding casual players. this won't be done via expensive FB ads but in the same way we've operated to date, through intelligent distribution hacks & top tier partnerships (our IP is strong enough to become an ecosystem of apps / mini-games over time) and grassroots organic community building, all infused with high-agency macgyver tactics. for people just hearing about us now who want to get involved... "where do I start / what do I do / what should I collect". ➜ play the game at gigaverse (dot) io ➜ our game NFT / "top asset" is Gigaverse ROMs (on Abstract) ➜ our genesis PFP / "culture collection" is GLHFers (on ETH mainnet) we are also minting a new collection today, gigaverse eggs, which will become steeds (aka mounts) in the open world within gigaverse. some very cool mechanics will be at play with these, which ROM holders will like. oh, ROM holders will also be airdropped eggs on a 1:1 basis, once the mint is over. much more to follow.. it's gonna be a fun few days. TLDR: It's called gigaverse, motherfuckers.

On behalf of @GLHFers community who were early to & are big believers in @token_works / $pnkstr ecosystem, I'm sharing what we proposed to @Rhynotic: No other collection is geared to do this, I think it'll make GLHFers the top volume & most interesting str: Context ➜ GLHFers NFT collection is unique in that the final 100+ NFTs in our collection are yet to be minted. ➜ These final NFTs are in fact 1/1 characters, which when minted, get added to the GLHFers collection. ➜ They aren't just 1/1s, they are *special characters*, and come with interesting (flywheel-driven) abilities or mechanics. ➜ They are minted via nouns-style 24-hour auctions. We've already run 30 auctions successfully, with bids being made by some of the largest '.eth' NFT collectors around. ➜ Our last 10 auctions settled for ~120E in total. ➜ We control the auction mechanics: from starting bid amount, to bid increment, to duration, and so on. This allows us to introduce variety / 'change things up' whenever needed. OK so, what did we propose? 1. If GLHF is one of the final strategy launches, we'll have 1/1 auctions ready to go on the same day of the strategy token launch. (I've already seen the art for these and they're all bangers) 2. Our auctions will be designed to supercharge the pnkstr flywheel. How? ➜ 10% of settled auction funds will buy & burn $pnkstr. ➜ 45% of settled auction funds will buy & burn GLHFstr. ➜ 45% of settled auction funds will buy & burn the floor of the GLHFers collection. * we may alter the balance of this ratio as necessary / if it enables extra shenanigans. ** could be fun to allow the ratio to be set dynamically via gameplay mechanics in our game gigaverse, or based on respective volumes. 3. Needless to say, our token buys & burns will be routed through the official fee-paying pools. 4. On top of this, we'll use royalties earned on the GLHFers collection, throughout the period of auctions, to buy & burn the floor of the collection aswell. 5. Lastly, as game-builders, I think we're in a unique position to add further layers of gamification / flywheels on top of the flywheels, through or adjacent to gigaverse. Can come back to this though because items 1 - 4 will already be an incredibly powerful way to start things off. If you think this sounds cool and want to support the @GLHFers' community bid (as i am) to be one of the final listed strategy coins before open auctions, then we appreciate your support on the timeline.

okay this is actually WILD. Was at my local grocery store just now, saw someone wearing the @playgigaverse "GIGA" trucker cap, had to double take this at first. Naturally I approached -- "excuse me, you play gigaverse?" "Yeah, I'm level 60 on dungetron 5000, working my way up on underhaul, caught 29 gigapengus, now playing void to get as many gigacha tokens as I can, and ofcourse collecting maximum Abstract stubs, what about you?" surreal, i responded "wow ok ok so you're one of our OGs then" "yes, I've been playing since the days everyone thought the game was just a rock paper scissors simulator. its funny coz it still kinda is, but apparently its going to be a massive social MMO one day, and maybe even more, according to Dith" I smiled - they get it, they know the vision. So I had to reveal: "Well, here's the thing ... I'm Dith" Then things got really crazy, "I know who you are. I sleep next to you every night. Now get back to fucking work" I love my wife. gigaverse.

on hiring in crypto startups: - Same as in web2: you'll almost always get better results from a hungry up&comer than from an expensive resume-flexer or accolade collector. - If building a product for onchain users: hire ppl who participate in the market themselves -- this means they have context & empathy for traders & collectors. Over time they're more likely to make good decisions for your users without input or oversight. "Participate in the market" means they should regularly be clicking buttons, minting things, trading here and there, generally curious. (nb: not every role needs this, but avoid building a team full of people without crypto context.) - When assessing for hunger / drive, beware of those who just want to work in crypto. Many will take any role they can get, but if their heart isn’t truly in it, they'll treat ur startup like a short term stepping stone. - There are many ideas ppl. Avoid them as full time hires, good ideas are rarely your bottle neck, great execution is. You need doers who can think, not thinkers who can't do. - Big difference in the type of ppl you attract pre and post fundraising. Pre fundraising the inbounds you receive are more likely from true fans & believers. Post fundraising you attract a much larger volume of ppl, including (1) those who need more security (not a bad thing but may mean they're incompatible w the realities of startup life) or (2) mercenaries motivated by large paychecks, or (3) "awaiting confirmation" types who don't have a strong personal sense of intuition for what can succeed in the space before it receives validation of a fundraise. (nb: generalization. some of these may still be good hires for the right roles.) - Integrity is everything, do not compromise / do not hire ppl you aren't sure would do the right thing even if noone was watching. When you start to see success, ppl in your team will be bombarded with all kinds of temptations. I'd rather hire a 8/10 talent who I can trust wholeheartedly than a 10/10 talent I have to worry about. - Most of the ppl we've hired are (a) genuine fans & users of the product we're building and (b) started doing the job before it was formally offered to them. Reading on culture / ppl / operating / hiring / team management: 1. Atomic Scaling, by Ludovic Bodin -- the best playbook I've seen on getting a lot done with a small team (especially in gaming). 2. Scaling People, by Claire Hughes Johnson -- Claire is a legend, she was COO at Stripe during my time there. This one is for u to think ahead, in terms of company building & systems. 3. What you do is who you are, by Ben Horowitz -- culture + great hiring is not about cheesy mission statements etc its about setting the example as the founder and bringing in ppl who align with your values. 4. Leading by Fergie + Michael Moritz -- the goat on managing ppl in a high performance environment, incl. coaching youngsters and identifying character + potential.
