Just built with Gemini 3: a video recording tool where the AI gives you real-time prompts based on what you're saying, so you never get stuck. Everyone should have their own podcast host. It's amazing that Gemini comes with native integration with the camera, and I can actually export these videos as MP4. Like everything just works.

Trend I'm seeing in the Valley: the latest AI-native startup teams are all building their own internal tools, 100% customized for their needs, instead of buying SaaS. Do not dismiss these as vibe coded slop. They are built by professional internal developers dedicated to building internal tools, sped up 10x by AI.

One thing I love about AI coding agents: I can ask extremely stupid questions that I would never ask a human engineer. And the AI would never laugh at me. It just patiently explains everything and is always cheerful & constructive No politics, no complaints, no challenging my requirements
