Today, I would like to draw your attention to a grave concern that threatens the very spirit of our democracy and the principles of justice and equality that our nation stands for. In the last 45 days, the state of Andhra Pradesh has witnessed a series of unprecedented atrocities under the TDP Government. Rule of law has been blatantly disregarded, and the administration has indulged in acts that are blatantly tyrannical. Leaders and workers of the ruling party, with their barbarism, are causing widespread fear among the people of the state. The targeted violence and harassment faced by @YSRCParty sympathisers is not just an attack on a political party but an attack on democracy itself. As Mahatma Gandhi once said, "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere". The actions of the TDP are a direct threat to the justice and equality we all cherish. Due to the unleashing of the self-styled “Red Book” governance by the TDP, policing has been made ineffective. Worse still is the registering of false cases against the victims, thus plunging the state into lawlessness. In just 45 days of the new regime, more than 30 people have been murdered, 300 plus murder attempts have been made, 35 people have committed suicide due to TDP harassment, 560 private properties have been destroyed, 490 government properties have been vandalized, nearly 2,700 families have left their homes and villages and over 1,050 incidents of violence and attacks have been reported. The TDP's actions are reminiscent of the darkest days of our history when voices of reason and truth were suppressed through force and intimidation. As Nelson Mandela aptly said, "to deny people their human rights is to challenge their very humanity." The misuse of state machinery to silence dissent and target political opponents is a blatant abuse of power. I call upon every citizen of the country to raise their voice against these atrocities and demand accountability from those in power. We must ensure that justice prevails and that the TDP Government and @AndhraPradeshCM are held accountable for their actions. Let us not forget that the power of the people is greater than the people in power. Together, we can restore the rule of law and bring an end to this reign of terror. .@ncbn … ఎన్నికలప్పుడు ఈ రాష్ట్రం బాధ్యత నాది అన్నారు. పైపెచ్చు రాష్ట్రానికి రూ.14లక్షల కోట్ల అప్పులున్నాయని, అయినా సంపద సృష్టిస్తానని, హామీలకు గ్యారెంటీ నాదే అని పదేపదే చెప్పారు. తీరా అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక రాష్ట్రం బాధ్యత ప్రజలదంటూ నైజాన్ని బయటపెట్టారు. ఇచ్చిన హామీలనుంచి తప్పించుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు. ఇది పచ్చిమోసం కాదా? చంద్రబాబూ… ప్రమాణస్వీకారం చేసిన తొలి క్షణంనుంచే మీరు ప్లేటు ఫిరాయించారు. ఖజానా ఖాళీ అయిపోయిందంటూ తప్పుడు శ్వేతపత్రాలు జారీచేసి ప్రజలను మభ్యపెట్టే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు. అప్పులకు వడ్డీలుకట్టాలి, అవి కట్టడానికే డబ్బుల్లేవు అంటూ సన్నాయి నొక్కులు నొక్కుతూ లేని అప్పులు ఉన్నట్టుగా, వాటికి లేని వడ్డీలు కడుతున్నట్టుగా పదేపదే మాట్లాడి ప్రజలను మాయచేసే ప్రయత్నంచేస్తున్నారు. తల్లికి వందనం కింద స్కూలుకు వెళ్లే ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి రూ.15వేలు ఇవ్వలేదు, రైతు భరోసాకింద ప్రతి రైతుకు రావాల్సిన రూ.20వేలు రాలేదు, ఫీజు రియింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ కింద రెండు త్రైమాసికాల డబ్బులు పెండింగ్‌, వసతి దీవెనా లేదు, సున్నావడ్డీ లేనే లేదు. 18 సంవత్సరాలు నిండిన ప్రతి అక్క చెల్లెమ్మకూడా నెల రూ.1500 చొప్పున ఏడాదికి రూ.18వేలు జాడే లేదు. ప్రతి ఇంటికీ ఉద్యోగం లేదా రూ. 3వేల నిరుద్యోగ భృతి ఊసే లేదు. చివరకు రూ.20వేలు ఇస్తానన్న మత్స్యకార భరోసా అడ్రస్సే లేదు. పేదలకు అత్యవసరమైన ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ చెల్లింపులు రూ.1600 కోట్లు పెండింగ్‌. ఇంటికి వచ్చి పెన్షన్‌ ఇచ్చే విధానం ఆగిపోయింది. ఇంటికి వచ్చే రేషన్‌ నిలిచిపోయింది. వాలంటీర్లను మోసం చేశారు, విత్తనాలకోసం రైతులు క్యూలో నిలబడే పరిస్థితిని తీసుకు వచ్చారు. పంటలకు ఉచిత బీమా ఎగరగొట్టారు. బడుల్లో టోఫెల్‌ పీరియడ్‌ రద్దుచేశారు. విద్యా కానుక కిట్లు పంపిణీ అరకొరగానే, అదికూడా అస్తవ్యస్తం. మధ్యాహ్న భోజనం పథకంలో రోజుకో మెనూ పద్ధతిపోయింది. ఇంగ్లిషుమీడియం గాడితప్పింది, బడుల్లో, గ్రామాల్లో పరిశుభ్రత పడకేసింది. లా అండర్‌ ఆర్డర్‌ పూర్తిగా గాడితప్పింది. రెడ్‌బుక్‌ రాజ్యమేలుతోంది. రాష్ట్రం మూడు హత్యలు, ఆరు విధ్వంసాలుగా వర్ధిల్లుతోంది. మహిళలకు రక్షణే లేదు. దిశయాప్‌ అటకెక్కింది. రెండున్నర నెలల్లోనే ప్రజలను ఇంతలా దగాచేస్తారా చంద్రబాబూ? ఎన్నికలకు ముందు రూ.14 లక్షల కోట్లమేర రాష్ట్రం అప్పులపాలైందని, శ్రీలంక అయిపోయిందని, ఆర్ధిక విధ్వంసం జరిగిందని మీరు ఊరూరా విష ప్రచారం చేశారు. అయినా సరే అపార అనుభవం ఉంది, నన్ను మించినవారు లేరు, అమలు చేసే బాధ్యత నాదీ అని, సూపర్‌ సిక్స్‌ అంటూ సూపర్‌ టెన్‌ అంటూ చాలా చాలా వాగ్దానాలు చేశారు. ఇప్పుడు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక రాష్ట్రం అప్పులు రూ.10 లక్షల కోట్లు అంటున్నారు. అదికూడా అసత్యమే అయినా సాక్షాత్తూ గవర్నర్‌గారితో అసెంబ్లీలో ఇలాంటి అనేక అవాస్తవాలను చెప్పించారు. నిజాలు ఏంటంటే.. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రుణాలు, విద్యుత్‌ కంపెనీల రుణాలతో కలిపి, గ్యారంటీ రుణాలు, నాన్‌ గ్యారంటీ రుణాలు ఇవన్నీ జూన్‌ 2024నాటికి ఉన్న మొత్తం అప్పులు అక్షరాల రూ.7,48,612కోట్లు. ఇందులో 2019లో మీరు దిగిపోయేనాటికి ఉన్న అప్పులు రూ.4,08,170 కోట్లు. దీనికిపైన ఉన్నవి మాత్రమే మా హయంలో చేసిన అప్పులు. మీ హయాంలో అప్పుల వృద్ధిరేటు (సీఏజీఆర్‌) 21.63శాతం అయితే, కోవిడ్‌ కారణంగా ఆర్థికవ్యవస్థలో మహా సంక్షోభం వచ్చినా, మా హయాంలో అది కేవలం 12.9 శాతం. ఈ వాస్తవాలన్నింటినీకూడా గవర్నర్‌గారికి లేఖ రూపంలో తెలియజేశాం. అందులో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రకటనలు, ఆర్బీఐ నివేదికలు, కాగ్‌ లెక్కల్లాంటి ఆధారాలతో కూడిన సమగ్ర వివరాలు ఈ లింక్‌ bit.ly/4dkOKru లో ఉన్నాయి. జాగ్రత్తగా చదువుకోండి చంద్రబాబు. ఇకనైనా రాష్ట్రంలో హత్యలు, విధ్వంసాలను ఆపేసి, అబద్దపు లెక్కలతో ప్రజలను మోసంచేయడం మాని, సూపర్‌ సిక్స్‌ సహా ఇచ్చిన హామీలను తు.చ. తప్పక అమలు చేయండి. ఇప్పటికే దిగజారిన పాలనను గాడిలో పెట్టండి.
