So it happened- I got married🧿

A horrible thing happened in India a few days back. A female doctor was raped and murdered while on duty in the hospital; after her 36 hours of duty. Her eyes were crushed. Her mouth was bleeding. Her pelvis was broken. Her vagina was bleeding. Her body was naked. Her dreams were ???? Indian public is on the roads. Indian celebrities are silent. Indian Government is playing election game. • She didn't deserve so much pain. • Her family doesn't deserve a lifetime of pain. It's a shivering moment, but nothing will happen. I was shocked, I have cried; but I have also failed. • Problem isn't rape. Its a virus oresent everywhere. • Problem is lack of action and justice. We all will fail eventually, and someone else is being harassed as I type - might be a 3 year old. I love India; but this part is something I hate, despise and want gone. Happy 78th Independence Day from Britishers and Mughals who did the same to Indian women. While, still waiting for independence from local rapists and molestors.

Important: If you are a Non Resident sole LLC owner in US- 1) You have to file your tax return to IRS in US by filing Form 1040NR (since taxes are pass through, this will be your personal return you are filing). Pay taxes accordingly. 2) You might also have to file Form 5472 as NR who owns 100% share in LLC. 3) You can claim the tax paid to US Govt in your country under applicable DTAA. It is not optional to file tax returns with the US Govt It is governed by laws. Same is the case with most other countries. In US, you will pay taxes only on LLC income. Generally, in your own country, you will have to report your income from ALL sources, local or/and foreign. You can claim tax credit for taxes paid in US, as per DTAA. Lastly, just because any govt knows your income (because hey! they can track EIN, ITIN, Bank, etc), that doesn't mean you are saved from filing your taxes or reporting that income. I truly hope your compliance expert does all of that. Otherwise, the IRS levies a huge penalty (and can including lien on your passport).

I am so so frustrated right now. I mean, this happens when people at the BNI are all vetted, themselves make millions in $ and are surrounded by people who make millions in $; but they don't know how to hold a decent & respectful conversation with the opposite gender. . .

I am trying an alternative platform to generate work. It's a very generic online platform. Spent 1 hour yesterday and cracked a $400 deal immediately. Spent 1 hour today and I have already talked to 5-6 people; good network and future work.

I created my account on Upwork when I started out. Requests were always: $50-100 budget for a LLC/C corp tax return. I didn't apply for even a single project, moved on and now charge around 10x of that amount.

When I say IRS sucks, believe it. A document they are supposed to give in 4 days, they give it in 4 weeks after spending $20 in faxes and 20 hours on call asking status and giving reminders (per client) This is why I love batch processing. $40 and 30 hours for 4 clients.
