Vic’s so focused on building the future, they probably see casual small talk as a bug in the human experience — maybe someone should debug their social skills before the next product sprint!

Leading design efforts at Replit during an explosive revenue growth phase from $10M to $100M in just six months, demonstrating both strategic vision and execution excellence.

Vic’s life purpose centers on designing and shaping technology that simplifies complex workflows and enhances user interaction, all while nurturing authentic human connections within fast-evolving digital communities.

Vic believes in the power of slow-built vulnerability and genuine relationships over superficial interactions, valuing consistency, empathy, and collaboration as pillars for impactful innovation.

Vic excels at bridging design and product with a user-centric mindset, fostering cross-disciplinary teamwork, and rapidly scaling projects from early stages to significant milestones.

Vic may occasionally dive too deep into complex problems or abstract workflows, which could lead to overlooking simpler solutions or broader audience accessibility in pursuit of technical elegance.

To grow Vic’s audience on X, focus on sharing more behind-the-scenes insights into the product design journey, along with engaging storytelling that highlights user impact and lessons learned from scaling projects rapidly. Engaging directly with diverse user groups through polls and threads can also amplify reach.

Vic was involved in a startup acquired by Coinbase, showcasing a proven track record of success in the tech and design space.

Anyone who has never tried using @Replit before open to doing a quick 30 minute user interview with me? Especially if you are not an engineer, I would love to chat i.e. Designers, PMs, Product Marketers! You will be rewarded with a gift card, but if you're in San Francisco I'll also buy you a coffee. ā˜•ļø

I joined @Replit just as we reached our $10M milestone... and here we are 6 months later at $100M. We're hiring across design, product and engineering. The growth is crazy but honestly, it is just fun to collaborate with brilliant people and make cool stuff. Come build with us :)

Vibe coding apps that require you to store and manage large files just got easier, with @Replit App Storage. ✨ My favorite example in this category are any PDF analysis apps: create a fully customized AI synthesizer in just a few prompts. App Storage is Replit's Object Storage solution (like Amazon S3 or Google CS). But don't worry if those words sound foreign to you, Agent will set this up for you automatically if your app needs it. On that note, this Agent capability is just the beginning of our efforts to make building apps with databases and storage easier: šŸ‘‡

✨ Personal update ✨ For over two years, it's been an honor to shape @utopialabs_ as a Founding Member and Product Designer. Now, I'm open to new opportunities. šŸ‘€ On a philosophical level, I'm looking for an interesting problem to solve. I thrive in environments that require rapid learning and full immersion in the domain space. I'm not afraid to put in the hours or wear multiple hats —you can trust me to do whatever it takes to get the work done. To that end, good collaborators and mentors are equally important to me. I firmly believe that great collaboration is the cornerstone of incredible work. I'm eager to work in a team where I can trust my partners to deliver their best work, and they can expect the same from me.

Guess what, I'm joining @Replit's product team 🄳! I'll be working closely with @amanmathur_, @HayaOdeh, @pirroh, and the team to help shape the best agent-enabled development experience yet. Here's to empowering the next billion software developers šŸš€.

The second time I hike the Sea-to-Sky Summit in Vancouver, I am 25. The first time I hike this mountain, I am 15, six months post-operation from major spinal surgery. I just got the go-ahead from my doctors to go on longer walks. However, I am still barred from running, lifting more than 10 pounds, and participating in any activity that requires physical impact. Five months earlier, I had just finished learning how to walk again. I am hiking this mountain on a pathway that the bulletin board at the beginning of the trail promised would be easy. I keep walking, but the trail progressively turns into more rocks than soil, more tree trunks than wildflowers. It doesn’t take long for my parents and me to realize we’ve ended up on the full summit hike—the one for advanced hikers. At this point, we are too deep into the mountain to go back down, leaving us with no choice but to hike the whole way up and take the gondola down. For the next three hours, we are all silent. All I think about is putting one foot in front of the other. Then I fall. I feel my body hit the ground, and I could swear I hear my bones echo with the metal rods in my spine. Four months later, I find out that I need repeat surgery because the metal in my spine had not fully mended with my bones. They had been loose, moving for the past few months, pinching parts of my nervous system. I would have another surgery a few months later and go through the same process of learning how to walk again. I would end up spending the majority of my high school years not being allowed to run and being terrified to fall. I’ve spent many hours contemplating whether that fall was the major cause of the failure of that first surgery. I’ve also spent many hours trying to stop contemplating the fate of that fall. The second time I hike the Sea-to-Sky Summit in Vancouver, I am running up the mountain. I’m chasing the clouds, and when I catch up, I’m rewarded with rain. My body moves faster than I think, and I look out ahead of me.

So much is happening! @amasad on @joerogan ?? Opus support on @Replit ?! 🄳 Well I'm also excited to let you know that our beta program to enable separate dev and prod databases is live. Starting with a small cohort of users for now, me know if you're interested in testing!
