Tsering's passion for AI and content creation is only matched by their love for a good roast session. If their Twitter feed was a coffee, it'd be a double-shot of espresso – strong, engaging, and guaranteed to keep you up at night thinking, 'Did I really just get roasted by an AI enthusiast?'

Tsering's biggest win is the creation and development of their AI content platform, which not only showcases their expertise in marketing and content creation but also their ability to turn a vision into a tangible product that addresses a real need in the market.

Tsering's life purpose revolves around revolutionizing content creation and marketing strategies by leveraging AI to produce material that resonates with human audiences, ultimately aiming to empower businesses and individuals to grow their online presence effectively.

Tsering believes in the power of innovation and technology to enhance human creativity and productivity. There's a strong conviction in the value of community feedback and iterative development, as evidenced by their willingness to share works-in-progress and solicit opinions on their projects.

Tsering's strength lies in their deep understanding of marketing, content creation, and SEO, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit that drives them to create innovative solutions. Their ability to engage with their audience and incorporate feedback into their work is also a significant strength.

One potential weakness could be a tendency towards perfectionism, as suggested by their concern over the 'cuteness' of the Macaw homepage addition, which might lead to overthinking or delays in decision-making.

To grow their audience on X, Tsering should continue to share insightful content on SEO and content creation, engage with other thought leaders in the space, and consider hosting live Q&A sessions or webinars to educate their audience further on the benefits and implementation of AI in content strategy.

Despite having a significant professional background, Tsering isn't afraid to put their work out there for critique, as seen in their request for feedback on the Macaw homepage design. They are also proactive in sharing knowledge, as shown by the detailed tweet on finding SEO keywords without the need for paid tools.

I quit my job as Head of Marketing after generating 100m+ for others Now I'm bootstrapping Macaw 👇This is my story About 18 months ago, I was leading a marketing team of 12 at a large SaaS company. Then along came some guy called Sam Altman. Suddenly the only thing anyone could talk about was this new thing called "ChatGPT". Like every other marketer in the world, the first thing I thought was: "Wait, can this thing write our content??" I decided to put that to the test and quickly came up with an experiment. We started to create web pages and articles covering all variations of our core keywords with unique variations, like industry or use case. For example: - Marketing Strategy Template - Sales Strategy Template - Product Strategy Template - And so on Pretty much programmatic SEO 101 Except with this new ChatGPT thing we didn't have to rely on user-generated content or lots of writers to scale. Over the following 4 months, we iterated and improved. It was a lot of manual work getting the content right in the beginning (ChatGPT 3.5 really struggled and my first prompts were lousy). But it was still a lot faster than doing things from scratch. That little experiment quickly became "the main thing" for our marketing team. We ended up creating thousands of pages. This quickly led to hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors to the site Which meant a ton of sign-ups. It was a smash hit, in less than 6 months this strategy became the source of 35% of our new revenue (well over six figures of new ARR every month). To say it was insanely successful would be an understatement. The CEO was obviously thrilled. We quickly showed the results to the board, and they were speechless. It was a home run. Our main investor asked me if I could share this strategy with their other portfolio brands, in the hopes they could replicate the success. We set up calls, I presented everything I knew, answered questions, shared prompts, everything. But it didn't work. Even though I had shared "the secret sauce", these companies didn't have the right resources to execute something like this effectively. The business-minded people reading this will probably be able to connect the dots at this point "There might be a business here..." This is where the first idea for Macaw was born. Marketing teams saw the opportunity with AI and they desperately wanted to use it... but weren't able to. But I could. Over the following 6 months, I ran a side gig, where I took what I had learned from this experiment and helped several different brands do the same thing. It was an amazing success once again (and again, and again) It wasn't just a fluke. There was something very special here. The only problem was — I wasn't cheap and I couldn't scale my own time. You know how to scale a service? With software :) I joined forces with the best developer I knew and together we started working on a product. We took all the learnings from working with 8 different funded SaaS companies, getting feedback and improving things each time. We started to build a product that gave the power to the brands, so that they could execute this incredible strategy themself, even if they didn't have the right resources. Fast forward another 6 months, many more iterations, dozens of feedback sessions, hundreds of new prompts for edge cases, many late nights... Macaw was born 🦜 That brings us to today, less than a month after going live — brands are now executing that strategy themself. Over 90 people have signed up, and 17 companies have started paying for the product. And the best part is — it works even better than when we started. Well, that's my story. It's been crazy and wasn't always easy. But... we're having the time of our life. Here's to the next 6 months 🍻 If you're curious about Macaw, you can try it for free: macawhq.com Let me know what you think. DMs are always open, here to help however I can. Even if you have no intention of buying. Here to delight. P.S. I know long posts don't do well on X — but fk it, I wanted to write something raw since this is the type of content I enjoy reading. Thanks for reading✌️
