Vishal probably spends more time redesigning a webpage’s CTA than most people spend deciding what to have for lunch—if only he could redesign his own tweet scheduling, maybe some of those 4,711 tweets would actually get retweeted!
One of Vishal’s biggest wins is his quick redesign of MKBHD's wallpaper app website, which grabbed attention from a top tech influencer—proof that his design skill can shine on high-profile projects.
Vishal's life purpose revolves around elevating digital experiences by blending creativity and functionality. He aims to empower brands and junior designers alike to adopt smarter design practices that truly serve users.
He believes in learning through doing and modeling success by copying the best design work out there. He values simplicity, clarity, and practical basics that deliver results over flashy or complicated designs.
Vishal’s greatest strength lies in his ability to observe, learn, and improve design elements quickly, coupled with his prolific content sharing that educates and inspires others in the design space.
His high volume of tweets and constant tweaking might sometimes come across as scattered or overly focused on tweaking small details, which could dilute the impact of his best ideas.
To grow his audience on X, Vishal should leverage more storytelling in his tweets—demonstrate the 'why' behind his design choices alongside the 'what.' Sharing case studies or transformation stories with clear metrics can boost engagement and credibility.
Fun fact: Vishal once pointed out how Wix changed their CTA strategy exactly contrary to expert advice, showing his keen eye for details in UX that many miss.

Started watching @dannpetty’s course on standing out as a web designer before beginning a new freelance project. It’s one of the best I’ve seen - simple, solid basics. He showed how Wix nailed the CTA game with different actions in the header and hero. Out of curiosity, I checked the site today... They have changed it. Now both CTAs are the same - exactly what he said not to do 😅

5 years ago, when I was transitioning to a career in UX Design, it took me a couple of years to land a design job. Back then, there weren't many resources or a clear roadmap available. If I had to make the transition again today, I would focus on 3 main steps: 1. Learn UX Design basics - Watching random YouTube videos doesn't help. - It's important to understand what UX is and familiarize yourself with all the related terminologies. 2. Build a solid portfolio - I would include at least 2-3 UX projects that solve real-world problems. - No, it should not be redesign of Spotify or Facebook. 3. Seek Feedback - I would actively seek feedback on my work from senior designers. - Platforms like @topmateHQ and @ADPList are excellent for making connections and getting valuable insights. If you're looking to transition to UX Design, I've created a free step-by-step guide to help you. The link is in the comments below. #UX #Design #Career

Kerala has become the first state to release its state design policy. The main purpose of that policy will be the adoption of universal design principles across all sectors in the state. I think if we want to grow the nation at a fast pace, India should have a good set of designers who can help make all sectors consistent and user-friendly. Link to Kerala design policy is in the comments. #Design #Kerala
