Day 2 of going all in: Being willing to go back down the mountain as many times as necessary is the mark of being relentless. Realized that a 50 day rebuild is too trivial. Day 16 and I finally understand it. Restarting with 180 days of going all in. Recreating self, building in public, learning code, publishing poetry, creating content and leverage, working out every day. My name is Prince, and I'm inevitable. Follow along.

Day 3 of going all in: So I fixed the spinning button yesterday by actually learning button architecture (took me 3 hours lol). Today is about learning component manipulation and putting it exactly where I want it to be. Also learning functions, parameters and return statements.

Output vs. Outcome. It's easy to measure output (lines of code, hours worked). It's harder to measure outcome (are we closer to solving the user's problem?). Spent today refining the metrics that actually matter.

so after i learn js, html, css, nextjs, react i have to learn sales, marketing, copy, content... I thought I was just supposed to code lol?

Day 4 of going all in: It's finally starting to make sense. The momentum is giving me energy. I'm completely wired in all day. Learned about functions today, and struggled with adding multiple parameters, but it's starting to make sense. Also fixed the button issues for the landing page for Nexus today. We're cooking. Might as well be a button architecture after 1 week figuring out the complete infra of buttons. We'll make the page pretty later.

Why 0445? People ask why I wake up so early. Because at 4:45 AM, the world hasn't made its demands yet. The first three hours are mine and by the time the world's chaos starts, the important work is done. Wake up early if you can.

The solo founder's superpower. When you're the design, engineering, and product teams, the communication loops are instantaneous. The OODA loop is seconds, not weeks. It's a weapon. Use it to out-iterate everyone.

It's okay to be strategic with friendships and relationships. People are peculiar and come in all different shapes and sizes (pun intended). You have to consider your own well being first. So sometimes: be cautious and wary.

Something I’ve been sitting with lately: “You don’t always have to tell your side of the story. Time will do that for you.” There’s so much depth to this adage, that it won’t resonate for most people.

How do I improve marketing skills when my product is for a super specific niche?

A good API is honestly a work of art. It's a contract between systems. It should be predictable, well-documented, and elegant. It's the silent handshake that makes everything work.

The best ideas come when you're not looking for them. My best ideas for Nexus have never come from staring at the screen. They come on long runs. In the shower. The moment I let my subconscious take over. Your brain is working even when you aren't.

Day 5 of going all in: Living at your max every day will quickly make you realize that a single day = an eternity. Literally. Cheat code. Going all in.

Stop thinking that you have limits. Stop giving into imaginary delays. Just go.

Imposter syndrome has another layer: fearing that you won’t be able to recognize the future you. It speaks to the axiom “misery loves company”, in the sense that you will procrastinate so that you can continue to recognize your current self. A self fulfilling prophecy I guess.

What does it mean to be inevitable? Practicing the quality of being persistence. Just that. The refusal to stop, no matter what cards are dealt, where every setback is just proof your'e still fighting. Still pushing forward. Still showing up. Becoming stronger and stronger. It doesn't happen in a week or a month, but a habit and mindset that is practiced over and over until it's a permanent part of your character.
